The online, credit card purchase on Aug. ** of lighting was made in good faith with bathkitchendecor.com whose Website said delivery would be in two to three weeks (By Sept. *). A series of emails between myself and the company indicate that the lighting has not been delivered and my request of Oct. ** to cancel the order and obtain a refund has not been honored. The company has has the money for the order since Aug. **, according to my credit card statement. [redacted] emailed on one occasion that he "was experiencing delays from the manufacturer", but I checked with another New York lighting company who told me the lighting was in stock and would take one week to ship.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card account to be credited for the $134.90 that [redacted] of bathkitchendecor.com has taken for an order in mid August that was never delivered.

Review: Order a $200 mirror on July **,2014. Nearly 3 months later, I have not recieved the mirror yet, however the company has billed my credit card. I was informed in mid September that this would ship at the end of Sept. I've sent 3 additional emails requesting the status then requesting that my order be cancelled and my card refunded and all have gone unresponded to. The company's phone number also does not work and I cannot get ahold of someone to remedy this.Desired Settlement: I would like my order cancelled and my credit card refunded

Review: I ordered lamps from this company on August **. The lead time listed was 2 weeks. I have called many times without my call ever being answered. Now when I call, I get a "your account is locked" automated message. It has been 2 1/2 months. I began looking at other complaints for this company and it appears everyone has had the exact same experience. This appears to be a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I would either like my lamps delivered or a refund. Others have commented that the company stated they sent a refund and nothing was ever received. I am not too confident this can be resolved, but others should know about this so they do not make the same mistake I have.

Review: On 12/*/13 I placed an order for a light fixture with Bath Kitchen Decor online. I was told that the order would take 4-6 weeks for delivery but my credit card was charged immediately. On 1/**/14 I contacted Bath Kitchen Decor through their online customer service form to inquire about my order which I had still not received. I received a response the same day stating that my order was delayed due to the holiday season and that it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. On 1/**/14 I received an email from Bath Kitchen Decor stating that my order had entered the shipping process. I was given a FedEx tracking number. When I went to the FedEx website to track my shipment, FedEx showed that a shipping label had been printed but the package had never been delivered to FedEx. On 2/*/14 I contacted Bath Kitchen Decor again through their online customer service form. I never received a response. On 2/**/14 I called Bath Kitchen Decor. Their automated menu says to press 1 for sales and press 2 for customer service. I pressed 2 and waited 10 minutes before hanging up. I tried 3 more times and no one picked up. I then called back and pressed 1 for sales and was immediately transferred to a representative. When I explained my situation the customer service representative told me she would look into my order and call me back. I did receive a call back that evening and was told that my fixture had not been sent to FedEx with the rest of the orders. I was told my package would arrive within two weeks. I did not follow up with Bath Kitchen Decor after the two weeks. It has now been 4 months since I placed my order and have not received my package.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the full purchase price of $213.18. I am not longer interested in doing business with this company and will not accept delivery of this product.

Review: "I ordered 2 vanity lights from this company. It took 40 days to receive the lights. All along they lied to me. Every week I would call and they would guarantee I would receive them week after week starting at 20 days after I ordered them. Finally received them 40 days later. One light was defective, poor workmanship, and bent (not from shipping), they won't pay to ship it back. Now I have to pay $30 to ship it back to get my refund. They told me they do not have any stock of items, they wait until they get a certain amount of orders then order them all at once at a deep discount to them. Once they receive them, they must sort through everything, then send them to you.

Update...11/*....have been calling and emailing everyday to try to resolve this, no one will even call me back now, or talk to me on the phone. When I did get response at first, they did not try to resolve, just made rude comments at me!!! Almost 2 months after I ordered and no resolve on the broken ligheht I have sitting here!UPDATE 11/**!!! They have been sarcastic and rude when speaking to them on the phone or through emails, don't be fooled! They won't call me back or respond to my emails anymore. I left emails and phone messages for managers several times and no one will contact me back!! They have all of my contact information! This company is committing fraud, they don't follow their own return policy rules. Please read all reviews on this company, what I am complaining about, there is a long list of the same complaints.Desired Settlement: Refund my money for the defective item.

Review: I ordered several outdoor lights for $135.27. Two days later I received a call that the product was back ordered until May. May came and went with no lights, no call. I called in June and asked for status. After several minutes on hold, I was told it was now back ordered until August. I requested a refund of my money and asked to have my order canceled. I was advised that my order was canceled and they would "try" to refund my money to my card, otherwise I would be sent a check. It's now August, no call, no card refund, no check. I called again tonight and was told that they would "have to call me back in the morning because no one is here." I advised that I'm an attorney, and if this is not resolved in the morning, I'm reporting them for cyber crimes. I can't recall the exact date in June that I called to cancel. Used 06/**/2013 as approximate.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to my debit card, but I'll take a refund in cash or check as well, as long as it doesn't bounce. It's been over four months since I initially placed my order and six weeks since I asked for a refund.

Review: I placed an order for a Vaxcel Standford 4 and 6 Light Chandelier in Antique Brass. My credit card was charged on 4/* for $239.20. I called to check on delivery and one customer service rep had no idea when it would be shipped. The second time I called I was told one of the lamps was on backorder and it would ship the following Monday. The last time I called I was told it would arrive by mid April. Today is May [redacted] and I have still not received the product. I called and left two messages today letting them know I want the order cancelled and that I would contact the Revdex.com if I didn't hear back from them. Obviously I didn't hear from them.

Review: I had originally ordered a chandelier from the company on 11/**/2013. After not having received it or any notice of any kind from the company by 12/*/2013 I decided to cancel the order. It took three different phone calls to the company to finally get a cancellation email. Each phone call I was told the cancellation notice would be sent out later that day and it was not until the third call that I received the cancellation notice.

I received the cancellation notice on 12/**/2013. Today it is 01/**/2014 and my credit card has still not been refunded the purchase price. Again I have now called twice on successive days and both times been promised that the refund will be processed today. There is no reason that customer service personnel should not be able to process a cancellation or a refund immediately. 4 times now the customer service person who assisted me has failed to deliver on their promise.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund to process immediately.

Review: I ordered a chandelier back in May, I was told it was on back order. Since it was for a house we were in the middle of building I was OK for the 2 month back order. Two and a half months later I send an e-mail asking when the product would arrive. They said it should be in within 2 weeks. Three weeks later I ask again and was told it should be in shortly. I have e-mails back and forth with the same response. They took my money out back on June [redacted], 2014 it has been 4 1/2 months & still no product. I happened to notice the complaints and figured I was going to be one of those where the product never arrives and as my house is nearly done (even told them the Electrician would be in 2 weeks ago and still nothing)requested a refund last week which they still have not gotten to me. I really would like my money back soon.Desired Settlement: The product cost. $257.58 which they've had for nearly 5 months. I wouldn't mind getting some interest as well but don't really count on it.

Review: I placed an order for a [redacted] chandelier on 1/**/14 on the bathkitchendecor website. The website noted that lead time can take 2-6 weeks. On purchase date, received email informing me that I will receive an additional email containing tracking information or an order update. Followed up with merchant on 2/*/14 inquiring about tracking information as I had not heard anything. Merchant ([redacted]) responded on 2/*/14 informing me that product can take up to 4 weeks to ship. Followed up with merchant on 2/**/14 asking whether there was any update on my order since I still had not received a tracking number or order update (almost 5 weeks had elapsed at this point). Merchant ([redacted]) responded on 2/**/14 informing me that the product was expected to be in by the first or second week of March. Contacted the merchant again on 3/**/14 since I had still not received a tracking number or order update from the merchant. At this point, more than 7 weeks had elapsed. No response from the merchant on my 3/**/14 inquiry. Called the merchant on 3/**/14 and spoke to [redacted] who now shared that the merchant was expecting to receive the shipment from the vendor ([redacted]) during the week of 3/**/14. [redacted] alluded to production delays on the manufacturer's side ([redacted]). I contacted [redacted] directly on 3/**/14 via email and inquired about whether they were experiencing production delays. The [redacted] at [redacted] emailed me the following response: "Bath Kitchen Decor is not a valid retailer of ours. We suggest cancelling your order immediately. We have had problems with this website in the past. We and our lawyers have tried contacting them numerous times. They do not have permission to sell our products and we do not know how or if they are getting them. I have had customers have the same problem you are having who have never received any product. At this time, this item is available and can typically ship out in about 2-3 weeks..." I called the merchant again on 3/**/14 and spoke to [redacted]. [redacted] explained that "the product has shipped from [redacted] and is expected to arrive in our west coast warehouse early next week." When I informed [redacted] that I had contacted [redacted] and told him that they said BKD is not a valid vendor, [redacted] said, "that's your opinion." I requested a full refund and [redacted] said that he will see if they can do that. I asked whether [redacted] was the [redacted] and [redacted] was adamant about not answering my question. I shared with [redacted] that I had also now seen the heaps of negative feedback on the website concerning their business practices and their "F" rating from the Revdex.com and that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. He would still not respond to the question about whether [redacted] was the [redacted] even after I had informed him that I had exchanged the first two emails with [redacted] and that I wished to speak to him. [redacted] said I should be receiving an email confirmation about the refund within 24 hours "if they could do that."Desired Settlement: Full refund for the amount of the order ($1,296.94).

Review: I ordered 3 pendant lights but didn't receive them after a few weeks so I contacted the company. I was told they would arrive the following week. They didn't come so after about 6 weeks I asked that the order be canceled and my money be refunded. They charged my credit card right when I placed my order. They still haven't refunded my credit card. It has been nearly 2 months since I placed the order and more than 3 weeks since I asked for a refund.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like my money refunded to my credit card. And, I would like this company to be shut down. Scammers.

Review: They charged my card and said the product was backordered. Now they won't respond to my emails and have blocked my number. Obviously they have stolen my money. I can't believe it!!Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: I purchased an item from [redacted]. I was repeatedly told that the items was shipped, but whenever I called to check on the status I received excuses. I finally had to cancel order and was told that my money would be immediately refunded. That was over a month ago and I have not received a refund. [redacted] is no longer answering his phone.

Review: Placed an order for a ceiling fan on 9/**/2013. I was charged $315.42 for the fan. The ship date repeatedly pushed out and the fan never shipped. I reached out many times for status updates and recently for a full refund. Neither sales or customer serviced handled the request/complaint. Never received a refund or apology. I have all email trails.Desired Settlement: Would like a full refund and an apology.

Review: On April*, 2013 I ordered 2 mirrors - one of which was received broken. I returned it and received a 2nd broken mirror-returned it (all per their instructions via Fed Ex). They have refused to send me a refund. I have had calls and emails too numerous to count - 50? - to them concerning this. The last thing I heard from customer service was 9/** when they emailed me that they don't handle disputes (customer service), but they have ignored my requests to give me contact information of who does and tell me how to get my money back. I have copies of many of the emails. I read their return policy online, and I have done everything mentioned. Review: I ordered a lamp through this company on May *, 2014. The purchase was conducted over the telephone. (Order confirmation # is [redacted]) My bank account was debited for the amount of the purchase price on May **, 2014. At the time that I placed the order, I was told the item would be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. I received no confirmation email. I called to inquire about the status of my order almost six weeks later, on June **, 2014. I was told that the product was "backordered" but if they "placed the order today" it would arrive by the end next week (8 weeks after I ordered it). Based on their response, I question whether they ever even ordered my product from the manufacturer.

Review: Light fixture was ordered August [redacted], 2013 and it still has not shipped (date of complaint 12.4.13). Received phone call end of September saying that the old model was discontinued and asked for a confirmation that the new model can be sent instead which was confirmed. Made multiple attempts to contact the business after this phone call only to hear that the order was never processed or the order was misplaced or the order was overlooked, then a couple times that the product will ship the following week. Company unable to provide a shipment date or any proof of shipment at any point.Desired Settlement: Provide a discount for the inconvenience and lack of responsiveness.
