Review: I have never been so upset with the service of a company before. My order was made on ** May, 2013. First of all, I had to beg for an invoice or an indication that there was a transaction made. I was sent one on June **, 2013. Secondly, when I sent written request, time and time again on the status of the order,I have never received an answer back to any of them. Third of all, the item took weeks and weeks to come and there was no tracking, even when I constantly tried to request one. I did get one call after so many times trying to get in touch and the gentleman said it was on its way. I asked to PLEASE send a tracking number. Finally, I received the item on July *, 2013, after many weeks later and I called the company on July *,to get a number for return and the woman said it will be in your email by the end of the week, and guess what??? NOTHING!! I will never ever do busines with this company again. And spending over 500 dollars,Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, they could have their items

Review: I ordered a sink drain in 7/2014, my credit card was charged and a delivery date of late July was given. It is now Sept and the product has not arrived. They used to answer the phone after being placed on hold for over 30 minutes, and now do not answer the phone, do not respond to msgs/emails. When they did answer the phone, they claim the product was shipped to the wrong customer, will be shipped overnight, but they can never give me a tracking number and the product never arrives. Now that I discovered so many other similar complaints, I realize that they have probably been lying to me the entire time.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive the product I ordered. If they cannot deliver the product I ordered, they should fully refund my money and I will order the product elsewhere. Regardless, this type of business practice should be corrected or they should be shutdown for scamming people out of their time and money waiting for products they do not deliver.

Review: On August [redacted], 2014 I ordered a Kenroy Home McIntosh Floor Lamp from the business in question. I spent a total of $134.37 with shipping. The product was delivered to me completely broken. Several pieces of the stand were bent, the instructions were wrong, and the shade was completely busted up with tears and dents everywhere. My handy friend was able to fix my stand however I was left with a lamp shade unable to be used and thus the entire product out of service. I attempted to call the company at their phone number listed on their website ([redacted]) and was put on hold for over a half an hour. Since I no longer had time to be left on hold I decided to contact them through their website. I first filled out their "Contact Form" on their website explaining my desire to send back the broken lamp shade and receive a new, not damaged one. I was emailed by [redacted] on August [redacted] regarding the issue. He requested I send him pictures of the defective product. I emailed him pictures on August [redacted] showing him the issue. On September [redacted] I was emailed and told my request had been sent to the RGA department and they would further assist me. The next several weeks I spent sending emails requesting an update on my issue to which I received no replies. I called several times only to hear an automatic message that put on hold for hours at a time. Finally one day I decided I would stay on hold until someone picked up. An hour into my hold someone finally picked up. I was informed that there is only one woman in the "RGA department" and that she was on a 2 week vacation and they would put a note on her desk to deal with my request immediately after her return. Apparently this company does not feel it is necessary to staff more than one person in this department nor requires anyone to check her email or follow through on her work while she takes a 2 week hiatus. I never heard from the woman once she returned. I sent more emails for a status update. Finally on September [redacted] I was emailed by the woman in the RGA department and was told the lamp shade was on back order. She requested to receive the damaged shade back. I refused to send it. I knew that I would not receive my money back, potentially not hear from the company again, and have to pay for shipping. I requested that I receive the new lamp shade first. The next few weeks consisted of my continual emails requesting information on my product replacement status, no responses from their company, and their phone line now changing to a message that states to email them directly. Therefore I could no longer even reach the company via phone. I have begged the company to call me, email me, send me a replacement, ANYTHING yet I hear back from no one no matter how many emails I send out. I believe this to be a fraudulent company as they took my money and sent me a damaged product and became unavailable to fix their mistake. They refuse to communicate with me nor send me a new lamp shade. Now I am stuck with a $130 worthless lamp in the closet.Desired Settlement: I have come on this website in order to report them as a fraudulent company. I believe this company owes me an apology and either my money back or a replacement lamp shade. Ideally, at the end of the day, I would prefer this company be shut down as they are thieves.

Review: On June **, 2014 I placed an online order for 2 light fixtures and paid $184.16 with [redacted] (Unique Transaction ID#[redacted] The billing invoice ID was [redacted]. I did not receive anything nor was I contacted though my payment went through. I called customer service and spoke to [redacted] and was told the items would ship last week of July or 1st week of August. I never received a thing again nor did I receive and communication from them. I called again on 9-*-2014 after having emailed them and waiting on hold for about 1/2 hr and again I spoke to [redacted]. She told me the items would ship on 9-**-2014 but I told her that that would be unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. She assured me that I would receive an immidiate refund to my [redacted] account. I just checked (now 9-*-2014) and there has been NO refund.Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund of the $184.16 that I paid for goods that I never received and spent a lot of time over.

Review: I purchased a Murray Feiss Maison de Ville Collection 11" Wide Mini Chandelier on the website of BathKitchenDecor on Jan **, 2014. I am still waiting for the item to be shipped and I have already been charged for the item. I have sent numerous emails to the company and received one response stating that it takes 1-2 weeks because they drop ship the item. I have called several times, 2/**, 2/**, 2/** and today, 2/**. I was told that the item was being shipped each time I called and that I would receive a tracking number before the close of business that day. I have NOT received a tracking number. On the [redacted], the man I spoke to put me on hold claiming to check the warehouse for the item. Everytime I call, I am put on hold for 10-15 minutes. This is NOT the way to run a business. Either you have the item or be honest, say you do NOT and refund the monies paid.

Review: Placed an online order on 12/**/13. Site displayed that items ordered were available and my credit card was immediately debited. Called continually and was told that the items would be shipped. They were never shipped. After a month had gone by, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I was contacted by phone and email on 1/**/14 that the items were shipped and was sent Fedex tracking numbers. I contacted Fedex on 1/**/14 and was told that they were never provided to Fedex for delivery. I contacted BathKitchenDecor again on 1/**/14 and received a call that the items were discontinued and they will have to cancel the order. Not only are these same items available from other merchants, but BathKitchenDecor had use of my funds for more than 5 weeks and do not know when I will be credited back, if ever. I believe that this merchant uses unethical practices to charge credit cards and not deliver promised merchandise. Review: I am an electrical contractor,on 11/**/13, I ordered three Lighting Mono Wall Fixture- Arc - Monopoint Satin Nickel HPARCSC1A50MPT, order #[redacted], from Bath Kitchen Decor. My credit card was immediately charged. They promised delivery in 7 days. After numerous emails and phone calls, I received the order 20 days later. At that point my customer used another electrician to complete the job because of the late delivery. I wanted to return the items to Bath Kitchen Decor. The company return policy requires you have a Return Authorization Number and return instructions from a Bath Kitchen Decor representative and this takes 7 to 10 days. After numerous phone calls, emails and non existing live chats, I have not heard from them and cannot get in touch with them. Thank you.

Review: I have tried for 3 months to receive the remainder of my lighting fixture order. At first, I got sporatic response to my inquiries, and I was told that the vendor was having trouble with deliveries from the factory. Now, I cannot contact the vendor via any form, and they owe me nearly $400 for the remaining items on my order. I have tried to notify them that I am cancelling the remainder of the items on my order, and that I request a refund of the money they collected from my credit card account. Review: I purchased two identical light fixtures from this company, on Aug. *, 2014, for $269.28. I received a payment confirmation email. After waiting two weeks without a shipping confirmation I called the company. They informed me that the item was backordered until late September. I decided to wait for the item, as I had my mind set on this specific light fixture. After waiting out the time frame they gave me, I had still not received a shipping confirmation, so I decided to call them again on Oct [redacted]. This time the phone was no longer ringing, and a message instructed me to email them, and that all emails are answered within 24 hours. I did so immediately, and sent an email requesting the status of my order. [redacted], with the company, email me back saying that they had not received the light fixtures yet, but that they should be coming in within 2 weeks, and I they would be shipped to me as soon as they arrived at their warehouse. He asked if I would like to cancel my order or wait. I decided to wait, but added that he needed to contact me should there be any further delays. After not hearing anything after two weeks, I emailed them again on Oct. [redacted], requesting to cancel my order and refund my payment. [redacted] responded, saying he would submit the cancellation and I would receive an email notifying me of the refund being processed. After not seeing the refund post, I emailed him again on Oct. Review: I tried to order two ceiling lights called Forecast Lighting Lisa from Bath Kitchen Decor. For two months they said my lights were on back order and would come the next week. I finally told them I wanted to cancel my order and get my refund of $144.31 that I purchased for the lights. They have failed to refund my money . Review: I ordered a lamp in February 2014. They kept saying it was out of stock. Finally in July I contacted them for a refund. They said they could not refund my credit card because it had been too long, but they would send a check. I waited 4 weeks and got no check. I called, and [redacted] said he had forgotten and they would email me the check number and send the check that day. No check arrived. No Email came with a check number. So I contacted them again, and [redacted] called my phone and left a message that he was sending the check that day. I received it , and cashed it, and then got charged by my bank $32 for a NSF check from a business as payor.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund either by credit card, or by a cashier's check(guaranteed payment this time) and be reimbursed for the $32.00 bank fee charged me for BathKitchenDecor's bad check.

Review: I ordered an outdoor fan over the phone on 5/**/2014 & $231.52 was debited from my bank account immediately. I was told it would arrive in approximately 2 weeks. Here it is the second week of July and I cannot get through to anyone on the customer service or order line. I have emailed the company & left 5 messages to call me with no response. I still have not received my order.Desired Settlement: Just to get my money back and hopefully, others will look at the business history of this company & choose not to do business with them.

Review: I ordered 2 light fixtures totaling $!,040.64 but they were not shipped when they were supposed to be. It took many calls to get a sales representative to check on them and I was told " your order was shipped". I also received an email with a tracking number confirming this. After a week with no tracking details available online, I called Fedex and was told the company had not issued a pick up order and the items were never shipped. The information from the company regarding the items was not correct either so I was skeptical about that also. The shipping info listed 1 item at 10 lbs. when I purchased 2 large light fixtures for an entry and dining room weighing considerably more. My credit card was charged in full when the order was placed so I contacted my credit card company and they filed a dispute. I am cancelling my order.Desired Settlement: Since the order has not been shipped, I expect it to be cancelled without any additional charges. I also expect a full refund to be credited to my charge card immediately. On December *,2013 I emailed [redacted] and told them I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and a dispute with my credit card company for failure to send the items I had been given a tracking number for. I asked them to cancel my order and reimburse my credit card. On December [redacted] and [redacted] they responded that "your order has been cancelled" and "your credit will be posted back to your account for the full amount by next week". After waiting 12 days, I emailed them asking that the credit be posted to my account and was told "a dispute was filed and because of that, this case has been turned over to the person who handles that matter". I have never heard from this person and I spoke to my credit card company on December [redacted] and they have not heard from BathKitchenDecor.com. I am still waiting for the full amount of $1040.64 to be posted to my credit card account. They have 45 days (until January [redacted]) to respond before my credit card company takes action. Bath KitchenDecor.com has had my money since November **, 2013. My order was cancelled on December [redacted] but it is January [redacted] and they still have my money!

Review: I purchased on 11/*/2013 $486.00 worth of [redacted] Lighting from Bath Kitchen Décor, my credit card was charged immediately, I called the company the next day to get a ship date as the confirmation email I received only confirmed my order and charge to my credit card. [redacted] was the contact person at ###-###-#### and email [redacted]. [redacted] responded the next day to my email stating "[redacted] will run approximately two weeks from the date of order. Once it ships an automatic email will be sent out to you containing tracking info". I did not receive any tracking number as of 11/**/2013 which allowed for the two weeks stated in the email. I also tried calling this company five times last week to get an update on the lighting. No answer at the phone number. I began emailing Bath Kitchen Décor on Monday and Tuesday of this week, no response. I called [redacted] directly which is located in Ohio and spoke to [redacted] at [redacted]. She told me that she is not surprised with my ordeal with this company and BKD is not an authorized distributor of [redacted] products. She said she has no order for BKD pending as they will not ship to him. She told me he is probably going through another distributor to obtain the [redacted] items. They are trying to find out who BKD is making their purchases through. Oddly enough after asking BKD for my money back, [redacted] responded this morning and told me per their policy it is too late for me to get my money back, I would have had to cancel prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer. He said he placed the order with the manufacturer on 11/*, he is telling me the order is in transit to him, he will not give me a date as to when I will receive my items. He said he is calling the manufacturer today to get a tracking number. [redacted] is based in Ohio, BKD is based in NY, according to Mindy, [redacted] ships within 2 days of receiving an order. If the order was placed on the [redacted] as [redacted] indicates and shipped within two days from [redacted], BKD should have received the product and have been able to ship it to me. The reason BKD has not received the product is because it is going to another distributor who in turn has to ship it to BKD, hence the delay. This guy is a scammer, I checked the companies Revdex.com score at it is an F and there are numerous complaints. He now says he is going to get me a tracking number today, well how is that tracking number going to help me. The tracking number will be the number from the manufacturer to him. I am also aware that in a few days he will send me a tracking number and tell me my items are on their way, and I am going to guess the tracking number will be from FedEx and if I call FedEx they will tell me a tracking number has been issued but no pick up has been scheduled and then another week will pass and the item will ship. In the meantime this company will have had my money for over a month with no product. [redacted] is aware of this company's bad reputation and is trying to stop him from placing orders. Something needs to be done about this company.Desired Settlement: I want the lights, I want them now, I have waited too long. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company but BKD is telling me that will not get me my money back. So I am in limbo waiting for my product to arrive.

I'm convinced that this company is a scam. Please do not give this company your business! I wish I had looked at the Revdex.com website rating before placing this order. Yes...I cancelled my order but the company has NOT refunded my money. I had to contact my credit card company and spend over an hour of my time compiling emails and a copy of this complaint to get my credit card company to dispute the charge which they say will take up to an additional 90 days. In the meantime I have already paid my credit card in full for the month with the charge included until the dispute is resolved and the CREDIT CARD company hopefully returns my money. They absolutely have NOT refunded the $365 that they have already received. This company is a fraud and should be shut down.

Review: I placed an online order on 3/**/2014 for two vanity tops (31-inch and 37-inch) with integrated sink totaling $637. The website described both items as being in stock. A customer service rep emailed me on 3/**/2014 stating the 31-inch item was back-ordered until the beginning of May, however, the 37-inch item is in stock-- and asked how to proceed. I indicated that I may be able to wait for the back-ordered item, and asked if the two items could be shipped separately. The representative replied that they would go ahead and process the order, without answering whether the items would be shipped separately. My credit card was billed on 3/**/2014.

On 5/**/2014, I emailed the customer service rep requesting status of the order. I received a reply on 5/**/2014 saying "this must have left the warehouse, you can call tomorrow afternoon and someone will provide the tracking information." I called on 5/**/2014. After waiting on hold about 7 minutes, I did not receive tracking information. Instead, I was told that the items were shipped out via freight "like an hour ago," and that I should receive a tracking email from a freight carrier shortly (no carrier name was provided). As of 5/**/2014, I still have not received any tracking info. Nor did I receive any confirmation the items actually shipped on 5/**/2014.Desired Settlement: I want the $637 refunded to my credit card. I no longer want to accept products from this business.

I was contacted by the freight company on 5/**and received delivery 5/**. I feel that the business could have provided more frequent/informative communication. When I discovered previous complaints about non-delivery on Revdex.com, I thought my transaction could be on a similar trajectory. However, I now believe the business acted in good faith.

Review: Placed an order online 5/*/14 for 2 light fixtures. Charged my card right away. I called the first time 5/**, and was told that the lights were shipped from the lighting company in California, that they should be receiving them in 2 days and would ship them out to me the same day. I would also receive an email shipment notification. I had not received and email about them being shipped so on 5/**, I called back again. I spoke to the same representative, and he told me they should be receiving the items the next day and I would be receiving an email confirmation that they would be shipped out. I gave them 36hrs to get the email about shipment and nothing. I called twice on 5/** and the same representative gave me a different story that now the lights were being directly shipped from California and that they were being shipped today and I should receive an email by end of business day today. When I spoke to him the second time he then changed his story and said he had them in New York and they were shipping them out today and would send me the shipping confirmation. It is now 8pm and nothing.Desired Settlement: I want a FULL REFUND and want this business to be shut down! They are scammers and I don't want other consumers to have to deal with this Huge inconvenience. I am also contacting my bank about this fraudulent company.

Review: Ordered 2 outdoor lights on 1/**/2013. Finally received them after several email prompts on 2/** damaged. Have multiple emails from [redacted] and have spoke to "[redacted]" and "[redacted]", all telling me they will refund my purchase of $269.28 back to my American Express card. Have never received any credit on my statement despite [redacted] telling me he has done it twice. Review: I purchased ceiling fan online Feb [redacted], 2013 for $304.46 but the fan was not installed until August 2013 due to construction delays. A licensed electrician did the install. The fan has failed. I contacted this company to see if I could get a replacement on 11/**/13. As I no longer have the original box I was advised by customer service that they would sent a replacement and a prepaid return label. They also said the warranty is valid. I was to put the old fan in the box and ship it back. On this same day I contacted [redacted] the manufacturer of the fan and they said they would not honor the warranty as I bought it from Bath Kitchen Decor. They feel this company is a scam and shady as they will not disclose the source as to where they get the product as they do not get it direct from [redacted] and are not an authorized vendor for them. [redacted] feels they may be getting returned fans and reselling them as new. [redacted] has sent me an email in support of the reason they will not honor the warranty. They said several people have been in similar situations and never received resolution from Bath Kitchen Décor. and that I will have a challenge on my hands as the company is non responsive. They also gave me trouble shooting ideas to try to see if I could fix the fan but that did not work. On 11/**/13 I received a voicemail from Bath Kitchen Décor stating they needed a credit card in order to place my order. I sent an email to them stating that it was approved to send the fan at no charge as a replacement. I never received a response. 11/**/13 I spoke to Larry the owner and he assured me that the order was placed with their supplier and they would be receiving it soon. He said [redacted] is upset because they sell the fan at a low price. He agreed to send me an email with confirmation of the replacement fan and a return shipping label. No email was received. 11/**/13 I call [redacted] at [redacted] (he does not answer the phone with the business name - he just says hello) He assured me they would be getting the fan by Thanksgiving and send me a confirming email. Once again I received nothing. 12/**/13 I called [redacted]and he told me they would be getting the fan on Wednesday. I have filed a claim with my credit card company but it is past the 120 day limit of purchase. My faith in this company has wained and I feel strongly that I will never see a replacement. My thought now is why is it taking the so long to get the replacement. Are they waiting for a return so they can send a substandard non-new product? .Can I be assured it is a new product.? What happens if the replacement fails? I am at square one. At this point I prefer a refund of the $304. 46. I will send the product back to them if the send a prepaid return label. Please let me know if there are other recourse avenues I should pursue My order number is [redacted]Feb. [redacted], 2013 for a f711-PW [redacted] Aire Delano 52" ceiling fan.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $304.36 I paid for the fan. I don't feel a replacement at this point will ever happen. I can supply documentation of the invoice, credit card charge and correspondence to resolve this issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response to cancel the order does not resolve the issue. I still have a fan that does not work, no refund or no replacement and the manufacturer will not honor any warranty because it was purchased from this company. This supplier has pushed the shipping date of the replacement fan back for over 5 weeks now. What am I to believe and how long am I to wait? Let's face it, based on the online reviews I have now discovered the customer satisfaction for this company is not great and I cannot let this go on so I took this avenue for resolution. The manufacturer has them in stock. I will accept a fan in a timely matter or my money back but I strongly I prefer to get my money back due to the warranty situation. I do not want the possibility of fan failure and this happening again. If a replacement fan is sent please advise how any possible failures will be resolved if the warranty is not validated by the manufacturer? I need this assurance. Please respond with a valid timely solution.
