Review: My credit card was charged July **, 2014 for a chandelier I ordered. I was initially told 2-6 weeks. On the website, it says,"Robert Abbey Products Are Made to order & The Lead Time Can Take 2 - 6 weeks. Robert Abbey is Non Returnable." I called late August, to be told it was expected to ship the second week of September. On Sept **, I received an email reply to my inquiry stating "The order is due into us first week of October. We usually ship the same day or the next day after it comes in. Once it ships, We will provide tracking info VIA email." Again, in response to my inquiry, on Oct * the email from them read, "We are experiencing more delays than expected with Robert Abbey. this order is due to us in 2.5 weeks to ship to you. please let us know if you want to wait or cancel order." I opted to wait, since that was less time than it would take if I ordered from someone else. Since then, I have had no replies to emails, and there is a recording when I call, "Your account is closed . . . Your account is closed . . . Your account is closed," followed by a hangup.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card

Review: I ordered a P-51 Mustang ceiling fan for our sons birthday back in August. His birthday was not until mid-October, plenty of time right? It is now the end of October and no ceiling fan! I have contacted the company several times and at first was told that it was on back order in mid-September. Lately I have not received any responses to my request for credit !Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my complete order ASAP. Since my debit card was compromised since that date, I will required a check sent to the delivery address ASAP.

Review: I ordered 2 sets of lighting fixtures from this company on Feb [redacted] with a lead time of 2-6 weeks. At the 6 week mark I had not heard from the company, so I was in contact with them several times via email and phone to get them to send them. The first time they said they were sent and sent me bogus tracking numbers. A week or so later they actually sent the first set of fixtures I ordered. The second set of fixtures was continually promised to me, but after 2 months, 3 months, and more I still wasn't getting anywhere. I was told the delay was from the manufacturer. I finally called the manufacturer and the manufacturer told me that they do not sell or supply their product to this company and that they'd sent them "cease and desist" letters in the past to stop selling their product falsely on their site. I requested a refund on May [redacted], and was promised one over the phone, which I confirmed via email. The refund was never processed and my credit card company will not assist me in a reversal of charges.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the fixtures I did not receive in the amount of $409.54, as originally requested and granted on 5/**/14.

Review: I purchased through their website which is the biggest mistake.

I am a 100% sure this is a fraudulent website with no real employees, I have called over a hundred times, emailed, and nothing

They told me the sinks (around $600) have been backordered and they "are not coming", I said no problem kindly refund the money. After that I did nothear from them ever again til a few days ago after many emails, [redacted] emailed back stating "Oh, I never got a cancellation" Even though I have multiple emails confirming a cancellation and refund.

You can stay on hold for hours, no one is there or picks up.Desired Settlement: I would like to see criminals like this charged for frauding people. This website is fake, the business is fake, and they don't want to be traced. I am going to get a refund one way or another I will call the bank and let them know what has happened, but this is insane.

Review: We ordered a [redacted] Light fixture from this company (Bath Kitchen Decor) in November of 2013! Not only did it not arrive for months (no email from them to say it would even be delayed) but when it did finally arrive months later it was broken. We photographed it in the box and asked them to take it back and to refund us. They agreed to send a FED EX label to ship it back (to a company address other than their own) and refund our credit card. Months passed and no credit to the card! We contacted them several times about our refund. We contacted them the day we FED EX'd the package back. Then, a few days ago we finally get an email back from them saying our light was on it's way???? I quickly write back and say what light we didn't want a replacement. He writes back and says it's too late just refuse it when it comes (that is all he wrote by the way). The most comical part is that the light he sent as a replacement isn't even the originally ordered light???!!! We took photos and signed with FED EX that we were refusing the light and that we never ordered the light. When we contacted [redacted] (yes that is the actual name listed) that we have been dealing with he doesn't respond. We do have documentation (emails) where he says he will credit our card...How is this man in business? Please help....I am an interior decorator and have NEVER in my life seen anything like this -- It takes minutes to credit a card...Desired Settlement: We would like a refund and to be finally done with this --

Review: I ordered two lighting fixtures on October *, 2013, with my credit card being billed immediately. Although the item said "In Stock, ship 1-2 weeks", the item has not received yet (and it's December!). In addition, every time I have called to ask, I was promised the fixtures the following week. After a month, I was told that the item was back ordered, but still promised delivery. INCLUDING receiving a FedEx tracking number and an e-mail saying the items were shipped only to receive another e-mail after calling saying it may be on back order until the end of December.Desired Settlement: I think Bath Kitchen Decor should not promise merchandise unless they know they can deliver. Furthermore, they should not send tracking numbers and e-mails saying the item has shipped when they haven't received the merchandise or shipped it out. It is beyond FALSE advertising and business practices!

Review: On August **, 2013 I ordered two wall lamps. The catalog indicated that it would take 1-4 weeks for shipment. It is now 12 weeks late and I still have neither received the lights nor can I get a response as to when they will be delivered. The company has already charged my credit card for $247. I have contacted and called them several times, the last time being told that the lights would be shipped this week. I have no indication if or when the lights were even ordered from the manufacturer or that I will ever receive them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to receive the lights in the next two weeks or cancel my order so that I can purchase lights in time for the holidays.

My email dated concerning this problem have been logged in however I never received a reply. Twice I have called to see when the item is going to be shipped and I only get a general answer. My credit card payment is due today and I have told the company I do not want to pay for an item I may never receive. Even though my phone reps have been fairly cordial I have heard a man speaking very rudely on the phone on two occasions. Review: First, BathKitchenDecor debited my account ( $209.00) immediately at time of order. Second, I was told it would take one to eight weeks to receive order. It has now been fourteen weeks and I have not received order nor have they responded to my emails and they no longer have phone service.Desired Settlement: Credit card credited with full amount.

Review: On 6/**/14, I purchased a lamp from Bath Kitchen Decor for the amount of $362.50. The lamp arrived much later than promised by the vendor (7/**/14), and upon receipt, the lamp was found to be dead on arrival. The vendor was made aware of the situation and promised to send a replacement within two weeks. On 8/*/14, I changed residences and updated the vendor accordingly, informing them that I had moved and was unable to take the broken lamp (it's a big lamp) and its packaging with me. On 8/**/14, I was finally able to speak with the [redacted], [redacted], who made it clear to me that the replacement lamp had not yet been ordered at all, but merely "requested". Later in the conversation, [redacted] promised to issue a refund for the lack of delivery of the replacement lamp, and I, in turn, promised to attempt to recover the lamp from my previous residence to send back to the vendor. After a few days of waiting for a refund to post to the original account from which the lamp was purchased, no such refund has been issued and I am no longer interested in attempting to resolve the issue with the vendor.

Generally, the vendor made zero effort to ever update me on the status of the original purchase or the status of the replacement. If I wanted to know anything about the status of things, I had to contact them. Moreover, it is clear to me that had I never contacted them, no attempt to rectify the situation would have been made by the vendor.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the full amount, $362.50, since I have essentially received no product, no replacement, and no refund from the vendor.

Review: I purchased a mirror from BathKitchenDecor.com on 3/**/2014. I receive the mirror on 4/**/2014 and once I opened the box that contained the mirror I noticed that the mirror was completely shattered. I took a picture of the shattered mirror with my phone right away and called Fedex, I was informed by FedEx that in order for Fedex to pay for the damaged mirror I would have to file a claim with FedEx. In addition to calling FedEx I also tried to call the BathKitchenDecor's customer service but unfortunately it was after BathKitchenDecor's business hours so I sent BKD an email notifying them of the damaged mirror. I heard back from [redacted] the very next day (4/**/2014 at 12:03am) via email and he told me that he would order a new mirror for me and requested that I emailed him pictures of the damaged mirror. I replied back to [redacted]'s email at 8:47am on 4/**/2014 and Attached photos of the damaged mirror. [redacted] replaced back to my email at 10:02am on 4/**/2014 telling me to keep the mirror in case the manufacturer would like me to send it back.

A week or two went by and I didn't hear back from [redacted] so I sent him an email on 5/**/2014 following up with [redacted] on the status of the replacement mirror and to also let him know that Fedex would like me to provide them with a signed letter from BathKitchenDecor stating that BKD would not pursue a claim with FedEx in order for me to continue with my claim with FedEx. A couple of days went by and I didn't hear from [redacted] so I sent him another email on 5/**/2014 to see why I haven't heard for him and to again request status of the replacement mirror. I never heard from [redacted] again.

While I was at my doctors appointment on 6/**/2014 I called BathKitchenDecor and spoke to [redacted]. I let [redacted] know that I hadn't heard from [redacted] and that I wanted to inquiry on the replacement mirror. Half way through our conversation [redacted] and I got disconnected. On that same day [redacted] emailed me and told me that the replacement mirror has been ordered and that it should be in late the following week.

I emailed [redacted] on June [redacted] 2014 because I did not receive the mirror and [redacted] replied back on 6/**/2014 via email and said that the mirror is on order and should be in later that current week.

July [redacted] came around and I still hadn't received the replacement mirror and by that time I was fed up and tired of emailing these people back and forth and getting the run around but I emailed [redacted] again inquiring in the mirror and by this time I was furious. On July [redacted] at 10:03am [redacted] replied to my email and told me he was going to find out what was going on and reply back to me. At 10:21am I received an email from [redacted] asking me to send him a picture of the damaged mirror, which by the way I emailed to [redacted] on 4/**/2014 which is more than 2 months ago! At 2:15pm on July [redacted] 2014 I replied to [redacted] request for the pictures and attached the original pictures I emailed to [redacted] on 4/**/2014 have not heard ANYTHING from [redacted] nor [redacted] nor anybody from BathKitchenDecor.com. This has been the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had in my life. I want either my money back or a replacement mirror as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would either like my money to be refunded or a replacement mirror sent to me damage-free as soon as possible.

My name is [redacted] and I have placed an order with BathKitchenDecor on 4/**/2013. I have received the order, unfortunately the lights were too big for the space I needed them for, and returned the items within a few days. After waiting for a refund and not receiving it, I called and was told the items were received on 5/**/13. I waited, as instructed, for a refund to come in shortly. It never did. They wouldn't respond to emails, but I got through to them on the phone and was told they will release the refund. That was 6/*/13. To this day, no refund was issued. When contacted them again, they said they will get back to me. That didn't happen. After that, I was told it shows I'd opened a claim through my credit card. I told them its not true and wanted to get the credit company on the line but they denied the need. I was told they will call me back in 30 minutes. No call back. I tried contacting them via email again, but no response. It is 10/**/13 now and no refund issued yet. I would like to solve this in a pleasant matter.

Review: This company sent me 2 mismatched tiffany lamps. They told me to return them for a refund. They issued RGA numbers and I returned both lamps to the address they specified. The tracking information shows that both packages were received. I have called Bath Kitchen Decor repeatedly to check on my refund. They always tell me they will mail a check tomorrow or next week.Desired Settlement: Refund amount owed me is @ $416.00. I am wondering why this company is still in business as they seem to be disreputable.

Review: I had placed order [redacted] on June ** 2014 for Ronbow 24" Shaker Vanity In Dark Cherry 080824-1-H01. The website stated it was in stock and it will ship out in 1 to 2 days. Credit card charged immediately. E-mailed the company on June [redacted] 2014 which was answered by [redacted] on June ** stating that the order will be shipped by the manufacturer in two weeks and then will deliver in one to two weeks after that. When I asked why does the website say in stock, the answer was in stock at the manufacturer. Did not have an answer how he knows that it was in stock at manufacturer. I cancelled the order and am waiting for the refund. Have screenshots that I can attach.Desired Settlement: Need to issue credit to my credit card immediately and the business needs to stop the practice of false advertising of items in stock and charge credit card amount immediately and then turn around and place order to the manufacturer. I lost precious 5 days on the project where the crew was lined up to do the work and we had planned to move in. The damage caused by the company is not repairable. The best I want them to do is to pay the diference in the price I will be paying outside and getting the order expedited

Misrepresentation that the product is in stock and then having to find alternate source at higher price to find the product in time for the work had caused delay. At this stage I am not expecting a financial settlement. Want to highlight that the business is not reliable.

Review: I purchased a chandelier at $319.17 from an online website Bath Kitchen Decor [redacted] on Oct **, 2014. The size of the chandelier doesn't work out. I called the customer services within a week of receiving the product to request a return. The customer services representative told me that they will call me back for the Goods Authorization Number (RGA). It took me many phone calls and more than a month to finally to receive a RGA number and the instruction to return the product.

I shipped back the product according to the instruction and paid the return shipping fee. They received the product on January [redacted], 2014 and told me that they will issue a credit to my account. It took me many emails again to track down the credit status. They finally told me the credit was issued on Jan [redacted] and I will be receiving credit the same day and it should appear on my card within 2 to 3 business days. As I checked my credit card online statement on Feb *, 2014 and the credit is not issued. It has been 10 working days. Here is the RGA number [redacted].Desired Settlement: Bath Kitchen and Decor should honor their return policy and refund $317.17 immediately.

Review: I placed an order back in Sept 2014 and was informed via their website that it would be 2 weeks until delivery, but that I would receive tracking information prior to that.

ON week 3, after still not getting any emails regarding tracking, I started calling their customer service number and sent an email.

Their customer service line was NEVER answered (I even let it continue to play for over 30 minutes one day) and I never received a return email.

Over the course of the past month, I have continued to email and call - to no avail.

Finally - yesterday, I get a 2 sentence email saying the one item (a sconce I had ordered 4 of) was no longer available, and that the chandelier wouldnt be in stock to ship until November.

I am furious at the lack of communication, false advertising, and non-delivery of these products.

This has delayed us in moving forward with work on our house, and has caused contractor issues as well. (We've been unable to work on / finish this one room as we were waiting on lights).

I responded to the email that I want my entire order cancelled, and refunded, but have not yet heard back.Desired Settlement: I would really just like to receive the products I ordered... Since that doesnt seem possible, a refund is key.

After seeing the numerous negative reviews posted all over the internet - I think this business should be shut down.

I wish I would have done my research on the company upfront - and will certainly never make that mistake again.

Review: I ordered a light fixture from Bath Kitchen decor on 8/**/2014 and the item was (finally!) received it on 9/*/14 with two broken shades. I called the company to tell them that the fixture came with inadequate packaging and that two shades were broken and [redacted] one of their reps, said that they would replace them free of charge. I sent him pictures of the two shades via email, on the same day that the fixture was received, and he responded that he would order two replacements and get them to me asap. I never received the replacement shades and my fixture has been hanging for over a month with two missing shades. I have tried to email/call several times with no response from the company.Desired Settlement: I would either like the two replacement shades to be sent to me (preferred method) or a full refund on the fixture itself.
