company has provisionally refunded the disputed amount, but the company has not contacted me further and has not refunded the purchase price to my knowledge.

Review: I ordered a ceiling fan from them on July [redacted] of 2014,I have called them twice and e mailed them twice with just a response that it will be coming in shortly.I have not received my product.Desired Settlement: To at this time refund my money,there has been no indication that I will receive my merchandise.

Review: I was provided instructions on where the product was to be returned. I followed those instructions and provided BathKitchenDecor with the UPS tracking number. The return of the merchandise was signed for on June **, 2013 @ 4:02. I followed up to see how long for the refund and was told 3-5 business days. Today is July **, 2013, I have not received a refund. They have the merchandise and the money. My calls keep getting disconnected. I have used their website to attempt contact and they do not respond. (This is a brief description of the totality of the problems I encountered with this company from the date the order was placed until now). If more information is requested about the order process problems, the obtaining the order problems to the return process problems, I am happy to provide more details. At this point I hope to just get my money back.Desired Settlement: I am concerned about the financial stability of this company and would like a refund in the form of a cashier's check.

Review: Failure to return money after cancel order.

July [redacted]: ordered product online: Credit card billed 188.77

Ordered product from their online store. After the transaction was complete, I received a invoice via email that contained a link to "manufacturer lead times". This link was not available before check out nor at anytime in the review of the product. It was given the link only after the invoice and credit card payment was processed. The manufacturer lead time link stated that my purchased would take 2-3 weeks for processing. No where else on the public site can a web user find this link without receiving an invoice for their purchase. They have a "general" 1-2 week policy on their bathkitchendecor.com website -- however the breakdown per product brand is unavailable on the site until the purchaser receives an invoice. The BathKitchenDecor Website requests 15 days to process refund.

August [redacted]: After 30 days of no receipt of the product, I emailed customer service asking for about order status.

August [redacted]: Response was from [redacted]: "The order is due into us next week. Once it ships, We will provide tracking info VIA email."

September [redacted]: Still have not received email nor product. Emailed asking about order status and that I would have to cancel order.

September [redacted]: Response was from [redacted]: "The order is due into us this week. We will provide tracking info VIA email."

September [redacted]: I requested the order be cancelled and full refund given.

September [redacted]: Received email invoice stating the had been cancelled. No information about refund for original purchase.

Review: I ordered four lights from Bath Kitchen Decor's website on July [redacted], 2014 with a [redacted] Gift Card. I was given email confirmation of the order and with instructions that a tracking number(s) would be provided when the item(s) shipped. I waited until August [redacted] to find out the status of the order since I had not received tracking information and was told by a representative that two of the lights were discontinued. I would not be able to receive them. I was asked how I would like to proceed. I gave authorization to remove those lights from my total and receive a refund for them. I was emailed out a new order receipt reflecting the new order total minus those two lights. I received tracking information for the remainder of my order on August [redacted]. I received one of the two lights three days later. I then asked about the second light and why [redacted] website showed the light had a tracking number created for it, but it had not been given to [redacted] for delivery. Another Bath Kitchen Decor representative told me they would look into it and that I would receive new tracking information for this light. I waited and nothing happened. I called back and was told they were trying to find the light. I asked for them to cancel delivery and refund my money. I had also found out by calling my [redacted] Gift Card number that I still had not received a refund for the first two lights that were discontinued and removed from my original order on August [redacted]. Bath Kitchen Decor was instructed to refund my money for those lights.

I followed up in an email on September [redacted] to officially request the refund of the lights that were discontinued and not delivered. I got a response the same day from [redacted] that read "I have sent over the request to cancel your order. Once the order has been cancelled, we will email the confirmation of your cancellation to you and a refund will be issued to your credit card. " I replied asking how long this would take and got no response. This was my last communication from the company. I have since sent one last email and called them several times. Each time I call I get a message that says I have called after hours, but in fact I am calling during the message's stated hours of business. For example, I called today and at 12:40 and I got the call back during their normal business hours message again.

The amount that they owe me for undelivered/discontinued goods totals $307.20. However it is now September [redacted], two months since I first placed my order, and they have still not refunded my money and/or delivered goods promised. They are unable to return my phone calls, answer their phone, or respond to my emails. In total there are at least three Revdex.com complaints I could file (perhaps more).

On September [redacted], I sent this email to the company:

"Bath Kitchen Décor customer service,

I am awaiting an update for my unresolved order. I formally request that you credit my account for the two lights that I was told were discontinued and made aware of on 8/*. This was when I instructed the representative to update my order for the new total less these lights. However my card was charged for four lights and the amount I paid for two lights have yet to be refunded. Please cancel this order and credit my credit card for the lights that have not been delivered as follows:

1 x Vashon 5 light Model #LS-19415 ($144)

2x Vashon 3 light Model #LS-16413 ($81.60 each)

The order was updated on 8/* to reflect the removal of the two Vashon 3 light vanity lights. However I have yet to receive a credit for them. I do not understand why there has been such a long delay to receive this credit. I spoke with a representative on 9/* this week to process the credit, and I still cannot have not received it back on my card.

They emailed me a new tracking number for one light in the order. I did receive it. However I have not heard a response about the two lights that were discontinued that they owe me a refund for. I am still waiting for a refund for those two lights that is approximately $163 from August [redacted] when they informed me that they were out of stock.

Review: I ordered two wall scones from this company in late March. After weeks of trying to find out when they would be delivered I finally got an email stating that it was "in the delivery system." It never came. I got an email stating it was delivered but I do not know where. I was patient and asked for re-delivery. Same thing happened, continued to get notifications it was "in the delivery system." Once again I called customer service and wrote and left messages on numerous occasions for BKD # [redacted] to [redacted] Bath Kitchen Decor @ ###-###-####. Time after time I was promised it was in the process and would be there. It is now August, I reordered from another company. But yet to have received my refund for non delivery of product, emails do not work, phone calls do not work.Desired Settlement: All I want is a refund to my AMEX and an apology.

Review: This company didn't send me the product and every time I called the line was busy and when finally I talked with somebody, they gave me different delivery dates and no arrives or email telling me status on the transaction. Review: Company sent a defective lamp. I requested a replacement and owner [redacted] told me replacement was coming. After a few days of no action he told me he'd request replacement again. After a few more days of no action I requested a refund. He told me he's issue a refund and that it would take 48-72 hours; That was on March [redacted]. As of today, 4/*, still no refund. I contacted [redacted] via email a few days ago and told him if I didn't see a refund in 24 hours I would recall the charge with my credit card company and file a complaint with the Revdex.com. He responded via email saying that he'd issue the refund "today" - which was on Wednesday, 4/*. Yesterday I informed him that I still hadn't received the refund and he told me he was sending me a pickup slip for the return shipment. I never got the pickup slip and I still have not received the refund. I could not get through on the customer service line (on hold with a recording on two different phone lines) and a message I left asking for a return call was ignored.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund on my credit card statement immediately.

Review: On 3/**/14, I ordered an item from bathkitchendecor.com for a total of $138.65. About two weeks later, I received a phone call from the company telling me that the item was on back order and would not be available until early May 2014. I told them I would wait until May. In May, I did not receive my item. On 5/**/14, I emailed [redacted] at BKD's sales department ([redacted]) asking him if they shipped the item as they promised on 3/**/14. [redacted] emailed me back the same day saying, "Unfortunately, the Lite Source Solare Black Fluorescent Swing Arm LSF-150BLK is on back order until early July. I apologize for this terrible inconvenience, please let me know how you would like to proceed." I immediately emailed him a request to cancel the order and refund my money because I could not wait until July. [redacted] emailed me back saying he will cancel the order and credit $138.65 back to my credit card. It has been over two weeks and I still don't have the credit back on my card. I have tried to contact the company via email and telephone to no avail. Nobody responds to my emails and the phone calls are not going through.Desired Settlement: A refund of $138.65 back to my credit card.

Review: Order Number# [redacted] damaged light? : I have exchanged emails and phone calls with [redacted] and [redacted] and other "customer service" reps about a light I received that was cracked. I was assured that if I sent pictures they would send me a return label and I could exhange. No one ever got back to me. So I called and [redacted] said himself he requested the replacement immediately. I have called multiple times and the response is the replacement is being shipped in the next day or whatever. It is now Sept. [redacted] 2013 and I started this proces 8/**/2013 they of course have my money! I have made multiple attempts to follow their directions and I have called several times. I am concerned that hey have $220 and I will never get the light.Desired Settlement: At this point I think they are lying! I would prefer to get a replacement but now I just want my money back.
