Hello,
Business not contacted me directly. Refund was processed immediately. Misrepresentation that the product is in stock and then having to find alternate source at higher price to find the product in time for the work had caused delay. At this stage I am not expecting a financial settlement. Want to highlight that the business is not reliable.

directly by Bath Kitchen Decor regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Business reached out to me on Oct. [redacted] and said that they would cancel my order and provide a refund. To date, neither has been completed and this issue remains unresolved. I have sent 3 follow up emails to them and I have not received a response to any of them

but with speaking to the bank, filing the complaint, I refused the package. I have since then deactivated the account I used to purchase the 2 lights. Lesson learned.....
