Review: I placed an Order on 7/**/2014 and received a confirmation emai with order # [redacted] and a promise of shipping tracking number. My card was charged on 7/**/2014 for $574.40 but I did not receive a package tracking number. Five days later, I still have no tracking # and the package has not been received so I called the company @ ###-###-#### and was placed on the customer service line by voice automation. While on hold, voice automation instructed that all lines were busy and I could press * to leave a message and someone would call me back. An hour later, I still had not received a call back so I decided to check Revdex.com. I discovered that there are 81 similar complaints. So why waste time. I decided to file my own.

Review: On 8/**/2014 at 9:08 p.m. I placed an order for a Ronbow Cabinet through BatchKitchendecor.com. I received an order confirmation # of [redacted] and my credit card was billed $604.50. I clicked on my estimated delivery time on the website and it advised 2 - 3 weeks. On 9/**/2014 I requested a status on my order via e-mail and phone. I received both a call back and an e-mail from [redacted] phone ###-###-####. The e-mail and phone call both advised that the order was due into them the first week of October and I would receive an e-mail when it ships. On 10/**/2014 I e-mailed again requesting a status of my order. When I called their phone ###-###-#### you could NOT leave a message and were directed to the website stating that they would respond to your e-mail the same day it was received. I DID NOT receive an e-mail. On 10/**/2014 I sent another e-mail requesting a status. I did not get a response. Today 10/**/2014 when I called ###-###-#### there is a message the number is "LOCKED."Desired Settlement: I would like the item I ordered delivered OR my money refunded. I would try to notify them to cancel the order and return my $ but it is impossible to reach them. I am going to call my credit card company as well to see if they can help me.

Review: On 3/**/14 I ordered 2 lamps from this company on the internet. They charged my debt card on 3/**/14 and it posted to my bank on 3/**/14. I called BathKitchenDecor in April to check on the status of my order because I never received a tracking number. [redacted] told me that my order should ship out the end of May. I requested from [redacted] a tracking number and a ship date from the manufacture. [redacted] assured me that she would email it to me but I never received it. I called back the beginning of June and spoke to [redacted]. He said that there was a shipment that just arrived and he would check to see if my lamps were in that delivery. I told him that if my order didn't arrive to cancel it and refund my money. He said he would call me back to let me know but he never did. I called again in August and spoke to [redacted] again. I asked about my order and my refund. She said that [redacted] noted that I requested a refund. I told her that I don't have my money or the lamps. She said she was sending another request to cancel my order and receive a refund. She said that I should see a credit in my account in a day or two. A week went by and still no money. I called again and spoke to [redacted] and told her I still don't have the money so she requested another refund. The following day I received an email stating that I cancelled my order. I still haven't gotten my refund or lamps. This company stole $458.15 from meDesired Settlement: I want my money refunded to my debt card. I will order the lamps through a reputable company

Review: I placed an order July [redacted] 2014 and was charged $849.15 that day. The product was backordered for ~ 5 weeks, at which point I cancelled the order. I received communication (via email) that the order would be cancelled. I never received a refund of the money to my credit card. I called and the representative said they would process the refund. Still no refund on my credit card. I have now sent multiple, unreturned emails and have called the listed number (waiting 40 minutes with no representative pickup) on multiple occasions. I have no way to resolve this issue on my own.Desired Settlement: Refund back to my credit card or refund check for the amount that has been paid.

Review: Order was placed on September *, 2014 for 2 lamps. The website states that the lead time for the 2 lamps was 2 weeks. Bath Kitchen Decor was contacted on September **, 2014 due to non-receipt of the lamps. Emails were exchanged regarding the delay and I made a decision to cancel the order and the merchant agreed to a refund. The refund never happened and the merchant will no longer reply to emails. I have had to open a dispute with [redacted] to get back my $390.Desired Settlement: Merchant needs to refund my money immediately.

Review: Bath Kitchen Décor LLC, also operating as Décor Designs Unlimited, charged my credit card $540 for the purchase of 4 coach lightsbut has not shipped the items. After successfully reaching this seller twice, I was told the items would be shipped the following week. Other times there is not answer from this number from the contact #. After a month, the products have yet to arrive or be shipped. I believe this company may fraudulent and consumers should be alerted.Desired Settlement: Refund of my payment.

My complaint was resolved by the business. I attempted to close the complaint on the link provided, but was not able to write in the text body and the email would not send without it.

Thank you for your assistance. The fact that the business did not respond to you is further evidence that this is not a reputable business.

Review: I place an order for 2 bath sinks on August *, 2013 and received a receipt via email for my purchase which was charged to my credit card immediately. It is August **, 2013 and I have yet to receive my product or tracking order information or any notice that the product has shipped. I have spoken with 3 different customer service representatives who have told me "your product is going to ship out on Tuesday of next week". One customer service rep told me that the manufacturer has just shipped the product to their warehouse and I should receive it next week. All of those "Tuesdays" have passed. I tried calling Bath & Kitchen Decor and no one answers the phone. I left a voicemail and never got a response. I believe this company is a scam. I want my product, in great condition and I want some type of partial refund for the extreme inconvenience. After asking around about them because of the problems I'm having, I am learning that I am not the first person this has happened to.Desired Settlement: I believe this company is a scam. Review: I ordered a 6244-HBOB-SW Holtkotter Miniature Old Bronze Table Lamp from Bath Kitchen Decor, [redacted], on 04/**/2014

The company told me via e-mail that the item was on back order so I responded that I could wait

They charged my Credit Card on 04/**/2014 for $440.30. I never received the lamp and never received a shipment notification or update on the order

When calling the company's number [redacted] or the number provided by the sales person [redacted] one hears "... account is locked"

E-mails sent to their sales person bounce back with "We were unable to deliver your message to the following address, [redacted], because User name of email address not valid "Desired Settlement: Nothing else than a prompt refund is acceptable at this point

Review: I did not receive the product in a timely manner, and after it had not shipped for 3 weeks I contacted the seller who said the product would be in the following week. I still had not received the product in time, and then asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. [redacted] (presumably the [redacted] based on everything I have read online) confirmed cancellation, and said my refund would be processed that week. I have followed up with him three times over the course of the last month, and he has disappeared off the grid and I have not received my money. I tried calling the company and it just puts you in a phone cue that never gets answered. I hung up after 20 minutes.Desired Settlement: A refund in full plus processing fees to my paypal account.

Review: A chandelier was purchased from BKD 8/**/13. Because the product was unsatisfactory it was returned. I received an email from [redacted]stipulating that my account would be credited for the full amount on 11/**/13. After MANY attempts to inquire why that transaction has not taken place, I am in need of your help. The latest phone call was made on 2/**/14 when I was told that BKD would issue me a check instead of crediting my card! I'm beginning to think that all I will continue to get is another excuse!

Review: I ordered 2 chandeliers and 2 sconces from this company. My credit card was charged for the entire amount. After numerous calls over many months, the chandeliers were finally delivered. Many additional calls over the following months to check on delivery of sconces. During each contact I was assured they were on their way. Though my credit card was charged for the sconces, they have never been delivered. I switched to a new credit card and am trying to close out the old one, but want to be re-credited for the sconces before I do so. Now when I try and call the phone number, it does not go through.Desired Settlement: My credit card be credited for the amount charged for the sconces that were never delivered.

Review: At least 3 months ago, I contacted Bath Kitchen Decor over the phone to tell them that the [redacted] fixture I received was defective. I had called [redacted] and they said that it was still under warranty but to get a replacement, I had to go through the company I bought the fixture from. So, I did. Bath Kitchen Decor said they would replace it and I never got a replacement After 6 weeks, I called them again and they were irritated and said that I had to return the defective lamp before they would send a new one. As it is HUGE and cumbersome, I told them that I would send the defective one back. Plus, I figured I could reuse the box they sent the replacement one in. They agreed. That was over 6 weeks ago and I have nothing still. I tried calling again and they have an answering machine that says in order to contact them it can only be don through email or their website. I have emailed them 4 times, both through their website and email and no reply, even though the website says they guarantee to contact you in one business day. It has been a week now and no reply. I don't even want my order. I just want a replacement that [redacted] will provide. In fact, it is to sent from [redacted], but Bath Kitchen Decor needs to authorize it! The order number is [redacted] and the item in question is 2312CB-ESDS. I just want a replacement.Desired Settlement: I just want my replacement please. Review: Ordered a light for $221.68 on 3/*/2014. Their website says "Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery." They told me by email it would take 2 weeks. After 3 and 1/2 weeks I still have no tracking # or product and they will not reply to emails or return calls.Desired Settlement: I disputed the charge with my credit card company, so I should get the money back without Revdex.com having to get involved. This is just a complaint to add to the other complaints about this business. Now I know to check with the Revdex.com before doing business with a company for the first time.

Review: I ordered a Craftmade Jeremiah Bath light from this company on 11/*/13 (model #[redacted]). Their website listed the item as "in stock" which is the only reason I ordered it from them since I needed it before 11/**/13.

The order confirmation I recieved the same day said I would be receiving an email with a tracking number in a day or two which I never received. When I hadn't received my order on 11/**/13 I called to find out where it was. I spoke with [redacted] and asked him why I hadn't received it since their website said it was in stock. He said that didn't mean it was in stock with them because they didn't actually stock any items. In was meant to mean in stock at the company, Craftmade. I told him immediately that was deceptive advertising since they didn't actually have the item to ship to me. He then put me on hold and supposedly called Craftmade to find out when I would get the item. He came back and told me it would be another few days to process the order and I should receive it around 11/**/13, which was going to be too late. I then made a few calls and talked to another on-line company and to Craftmade directly. They both told me that Craftmade had 90 of these lights in stock and Craftmade guarantees that you will have the item within 3 business days of placing the order. The other on- line company said that they should have ordered it to be drop shipped directly from Craftmade to me and I should have gotten it by now. I then called Bath Kitchen Decor back and spoke with [redacted] again and asked him what day the order was actually placed on since they charged my credit card on 11/**/13 for the order. He said it was placed on 11/**/13 and it was supposedly ordered to be drop shipped directly to me. I then asked him if that was the case and Craftmade guarantees delivery in 3 days why didn't I have my order and why was it going to take another 8 days to get. He couldn't answer that question. I then told him that I thought it was because he was just going to place the order with them on 11/**/13 when I called the first time. He didn't answer that either. I then asked him who the owner was and he told me [redacted]. I asked to speak with him and he said he wasn't in. I asked when he would be in and he said the next day. I told him that I wanted the owner to call me. I then asked him to call Craftmade back and find out why it was going to be another 2-3 days to process the order and told him that they should have offered me 2 day shipping earlier in the day at N/C to get my item to me on time and to make his customer happy. Again, no response. He then said he would call Craftmade about the order again and I gave him a number to call me right back on. He specifically asked me if I wanted to keep the order and I said YES. 20 minutes later I received an email from the company CANCELLING MY ORDER! So,they have charged my credit card 5 days before they actually even considered placing the order. This was 11 days after I actually ordered the light which they lied about having in stock. These people are deceptive [redacted] and should be shut down! Now I still don't have the light and have to start looking for another company to order it from. They have not credited back my Credit Card either.Desired Settlement: Put them out of business!

Review: We ordered lights from this company on Novmeber *. . They processed the credit card order. We have emailed [redacted] at the company and he has said that they are on their way.. his responses to our inquireis about the light si very suspicious.. "they came in friday...late" I will ship monday". " I will send you a tracking order when they ship", " you should have got them by now" "you cant cancel the order, we sent them" After researching information on this company, it is apparent there have been multiple complaints and problems and I am surprised they are able to operate a business and take credit card orders over the internet. [redacted]. They said the lights have been shipped but they can not supply a tracking number as promised. His latest email said we should have received the lights but there is no record of any shipment on their end. i've asked for copies of proof of the product and proof that they shipped and they cant provide it. I highly suspect we have been scammed.
