Review: I searched for a product on [redacted] and the sellers website said that it had the merchandise I was looking for at a low price and "in stock". I ordered the merchandise on 9/**/13 and paid with my credit card. My card was charged immediately and I never received the merchandise. I have emailed several times and each time received a response that the merchandise is being shipped yet never is. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card and this has not been done.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card as quickly as possible and stop your deceptive practices.

Review: I originally ordered a piano lamp from this company at the end of May 2014. In June I was told the item was out-of-stock and needed to pick another lamp. I did so, and paid them the difference in the cost. A few more weeks went by and I had not heard from them or received my order. Once I contacted them again via email, I was told this second item was on back order. This went on for several weeks, with employee [redacted], and he kept telling me they would get the item in the following week. I asked to get a refund since this product was too hard for them to get, this did not occur. On 8-*-14 I called them to check on the status of the lamp order from 7-*-14. An employee named [redacted] answered the phone and then hung up on me. When I called back that afternoon I was on hold for 20 minutes and [redacted] finally answered the phone. I again asked for a refund and she told me she would have to call me back after 5pm. She called back at 5:10pm on 8-*-14 and told me she checked with the supplier and that the lamp would be put in the mail on 8-*-14 and a FedEx tracking # would be sent to me via email. I have yet to receive any such email.Desired Settlement: 0

Review: I placed an order for two outdoor light fixtures on December **, 2013. I was told they were on back order and would arrive in 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called the company weekly countless times. When I left a message no one returned my call so I began waiting on their long wait system. I spoke with customer service OVER 15 times regarding this order. As of April **, 2014 I was told my order had still not shipped and so I wanted to cancel my order. I have called back 3 times and I have yet to be reinbursed for charges placed on December **, 2013 for items I NEVER received that I formally cancelled on April **, 2014. I was told since the transaction was Paypal it would be immediate. This has still not happened and it is April **, 2014. I have spoken with [redacted] (or [redacted]), [redacted] and [redacted] MULTIPLE times. This company needs action taken against them so other customers are not taken advantage of.Desired Settlement: Bath Kitchen and Decor owes me $263.19 per order # [redacted].

Review: I ordered a lamp in July 2014. The shade came three weeks later and was the wrong size. The phone number is not answered, e-mails are not responded to even though I have sent them numerous times.Desired Settlement: I want to send the lamp shade back and get the one that is the correct size. I want expedited shipping as this has been an issue over 3 months.

20 emails and countless calls they sent confirmation of purchase and said 1-2 weeks for delivery. After

waiting 6 weeks and countless more emails and calls they decided they couldn't provide the fixture decided to cancel my order but they did not issue a refund to my card. So now I'm out the money, no light, and I'm out 6 weeks of my time. As I now have read on your site and other sites that this company is a complete rip off and they do this to lots of people. Review: On June **, 2013, I ordered an outdoor light fixture from Bath Kitchen Decor using their web site. I received an email confirming my purchase. The e-mail said I would receive an additional email containing tracking information or an order update. I have received no contact from the company. I have called the company at the phone number they supplied on the confirmation e-mail. No matter what phone option I chose, it dumped me into voice mail. I have no notification of back-order and no notification of shipment. My credit card has been charged!!! I have recieved nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so that I can purchase a light fixture from a different company that plans on providing a light fixture!

I am awaiting receipt of the light fixture I ordered. BKD contacted me saying it would be a week. Then they contacted me saying it would take two weeks for the manufacturer to convert the light to LED. That was several weeks ago. My husband sent them another email this morning questioning the disposition of our order. I am still very unhappy.

We are still waiting for a product that we paid for months ago.

Review: Placed an order for a lamp back on 7/**/14 and have been told each of the 4 times I have inquired as to the ETA , "its due into us this week. Once it ships we will provide tracking #'s". I don't know where they are expecting their deliveries, but it would be nice when placing an order they advise folks it will take month's for the product to actually ship. Review: I paid this company $394 for two lamps on August **, 2013. I did not receive delivery tracking information. On August **, 2013, I asked for the status of delivery. The company's representative, [redacted], told me the lamps would ship in two weeks and I would at that time receive a tracking number. On September **, 2013, I asked for the status. [redacted] told me that I would need to wait two more weeks for shipment. On October *, 2013, I asked when I would receive the lamps, and **. [redacted] told me they would ship within 3 days and that I would receive a tracking number. On October **, having received no tracking number, I asked for an update. **. In the first week of November, having received no tracking number, I asked for an update. I received no response. On November **, 2013, I followed up and asked **. [redacted] for help, as I had paid $394 for lamps I never received. On November **, 2013, **. [redacted] responded that the lamps were in transit to him and may have already arrived. He said he would provide an update "tomorrow." I never received an update. On November **, 2013, I followed up with **. [redacted] and asked for a shipping tracking number immediately or I would report the situation to the Revdex.com. I received no response. **. [redacted] and [redacted] apparently have simply taken my $394 with no intent of shipping anything and in the hope that I would give up trying to get my lamps.Desired Settlement: I want an immediate delivery of the EXACT LAMPS I ordered (no shipping errors) via two day mail. Review: Product ordered 8/**/14 amount $1,891.12. I was told product would be in their warehouse and sent to me within 2 week time frame since items were in stock. On 9/**/14 spoke with customer service and was told they would let me know and call me back. Product was delayed. On 9/**/14 received email product would be 2 to 3 weeks out, so I sent email cancelling entire order. On 9/**/14 I received email that my entire order was cancelled and I would receive a verification of refund. I have not received any further information from company. I have not received my refund. I had to order same lights through another company and received said lights within one week. Something is wrong with Décor Designs Unlimited/Bath Kitchen Décor when you do not receive product and you do not receive your refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund by credit card credit or a refund check immediately.

Review: Placed order BKD-122476 on 11/**/13. 3 months later I still do not have my product. Item was initially shipped out on 12/*/13 only to be returned by FedEx due to damage. Item was returned to Bath Kitchen Decor on 12/**/13. Finally received a response on 12/**/13 that the item was not damaged just the packaging, so they would be looking for a box to send it out again. On 1/**14 I was told the item would be shipped within the next few days. Tried to contact them several times. Finally received a response on 1/**/14 that the item would be going out today. Since then I have requested the tracking number several times and have not received a reply.Desired Settlement: I really have no desire to accept this product from this company unless they are willing to give a partial refund along with the product. If I ever receive it, I have zero confidence that it will be in good condition and I will once again be waiting 3 months for a replacement product. Either acutally send me the product I ordered 3 months ago that you are just "looking" for a box for with a partial refund or just give me a refund all together. I'd rather spend more money on this light elsewhere and have it within a few days not months.

Review: I ordered a light fixture from this company 08/**/14, and my bank account was charged immidiately. I was notified 5 days later via email that the item was not in stock, but that it was on back order so I should have it by 09/**/14. I was willing to wait that long, so I left the order open. on 09/**/14 I called to verify if my order has shipped, and no one answers the phone at this company. I have called over 10 times, its just a recording that says to visit the website, there is no way to get through. I eventually was able to get my order canceled via email from [redacted]. I replied to him right away asking how long it will be before my account is refunded. I did not get a reply. I have emailed 3 more times in the last 3 weeks to get info on my refund. So at this point, he has basically stolen $187 from me. I have no product, and no refund, and no one to speak to regarding this problem. This company is criminal. Review: I ordered a desk lamp from this company's website for $215 on October **, 2013 via [redacted]. My account was charged immediately. When I never received an email regarding shipment, I called the company's customer service phone number. The rep told me it would take 6 weeks because all items are custom. This seemed strange to me, so I cancelled the order while I was on the phone with him. I was told that a refund would appear on my [redacted] account. It never did and I never received an email confirming cancellation. I called the customer service number again last week. After 10 minutes of being put on hold and told there was no record of me or my order in their system, the rep finally found the order. Review: I ordered two light fixtures on Aug. [redacted] for $415. After waiting about 4 weeks for my order, I began to contact the company. I called the "customer service" number ( a recorder answered) and the number on my credit card statement ( a cell phone I think) and I was told my order was there and going to be shipped out the very next day. ( a complete lie...) After waiting another 2 weeks, the customer service number says you have to contact them via email only. I sent several emails over the next couple weeks including my orginal order confirmation and stated if I did not hear back from them I was going to call my credit card company and get my money back. No responses at all. And when I tried the cell phone number again, a person answered and hung up immediately. It is now 9 weeks later and I have not received my products or even a response in regards to my order. I contacted my credit card company to recieve the funds back. This company should NOT be in business. Do NOT order anything from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and an explaination from Bathkitchendecor.com for not sending me my light fixtures, for wasting my time and not responding to any emails. I no longer desire the light fixtures as I would rather have my money back from this company than have them benefit from my business. I will take my business elsewhere. A company that does business in this manner should not be allowed by the United States or the Revdex.com to be in business at all.

Review: Based on nature of the many other complaints on your web site, this vendor's stock-in-trade is informing customers that their purchases are on "back-order" for 6 weeks and then cease all return correspondence when the item does not arrive in that time. In addition, they do not answer their phone. Charges are improperly levied before items are actually shipped, and you'll note that 6 week window "conveniently" puts customers at the absolute deadline for filing for a recovery with services such as [redacted] direct. The business web site continues to operate, so the prospect for doing more harm to others remains.

A $219.60 charge for a ceiling fan (placed August *) that never arrived at the warehouse, much less shipped at this time remains charged to my deferred payment account. An email cancellation of the order was received from the seller on October *.Desired Settlement: A refund credit to my [redacted] card first and foremost. If there's action you can take to alert processors to their very underhanded and potentially fraudulent business practices so that others are protected, all the better.

Review: On June [redacted], I placed an order on [redacted] for two light fixtures. The order details are below. I was not told the items would be back ordered. It is now July [redacted] and I still have not received the items. I made numerous phone calls to the company over the past month and was told the items were arriving at first in the beginning of July, and then the middle of July. Last week I called and spoke with [redacted], a customer service rep who was very rude and could not tell me why the items were not shipped to me yet, and then told me they may ship the week of July [redacted]. I told him the company needed to provide me with some credit for waiting for the items this long, he said a 5% discount was applied to my order, but I still do not see this discount in my account on DecorDesignsUnlimited.com as of July [redacted]. Then he told me "You knew these items would take a long time to get shipped to you when you ordered them". I told him no, I didn't, and apparently neither did he, since he could not give me an exact date of when the items would be shipped to me. I then told him I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if I didn't get the items soon. He told me if I was going to file a complaint, he would cancel my order. I told him not to do that, and that I wanted to speak with his [redacted]. He told me the [redacted] was not available, but gave me his name, [redacted], and [redacted]'s wrong e-mail address, because I tried to e-mail [redacted] and the e-mails bounce back indicating the e-mail address is wrong.

I called the company yesterday and spoke with [redacted]: she told me she would speak with [redacted] because [redacted] apparently canceled my order without my permission, and a credit was not applied back to my credit card. [redacted] told me she would call me back yesterday. I never heard back from her so I called again today. She put me on hold and told me [redacted], the [redacted] would call me directly about this order. I have not heard back from [redacted].

Review: On 10/**/13, I ordered 3 bath lights for 1 bathroom, requesting matching tones, from this on-line storefront. I got notice on 10/**, lights were backordered (although my cc was already charged). Received 2 of the 3 lights (not matching in color) on 10/**& 3rd light on 11/**which also wasn't the same tone as the either of the other two. I sent [redacted], [redacted], color pics & requested that he replace the lights with matching in color. From receipt of the 3rd light in November-January, little or no response from [redacted] or BKD on the status of the replacements. [redacted], a customer service rep said they were working on it. Finally, I was told that the 3 lights that were sent to me had to be returned for replacement so KBD had them picked up by Fedex mid January. From that time-March, nothing on status of replacement, so on 3/**, I sent email (they don't answer phones AT ALL), to cancel my order & issue me a refund. On 3/**, [redacted], via email said he would issue a refund. Yet to see it. Read Bath Kitchen Design [redacted] page: read all the horror stories like mine & only likes are from BKD & the [redacted], [redacted] & employee [redacted]!Desired Settlement: Full refund.

Review: I ordered an 5 lamps through their web address June **, 2014 in the amount of $377.91. I made several calls because the items would not arrive and I kept being told that they were waiting for the merchandise to arrive. On August **, 2014 I decided to cancel the order and to request reimbursement. On August ** I receive confirmation from [redacted] indicating that he could send me the refund through [redacted]. After that date, I have sent several emails and made a number of calls to request my reimbursement and as of today have not received my reimbursement. I am no longer able to speak with the representaives because the automated system does not give the option and they are no longer responding to my emails. Review: ordered three sconces in september of 2013. After multiple calls complaining about shipment partial shipment happened in april (1 of 3 lights). Another round of multiple calling and being promised delievery resulted in a hotile phone conversation which finally resulted in shipment of the other two lights. After 9 monht of waiting they shipped the incorrect light.Desired Settlement: replace our light with the correct one in a timely manner.
