On Feb18th, 2016, [redacted] placed an order for 1x Renewing Serum CE trial offer, paid $in shipping and handling, and was sent an order confirmation email that included the following passage: "If you made a trial order purchase, you've been automatically enrolled in our time-saving Delivery ProgramAt the end of your 15-day trial period your [redacted] will be charged the full value of your trial orderEvery days thereafter, you'll be sent a full-size refill order using your [redacted] on fileWe offer a 30-day guaranteeShould you decide for any reason that you do not wish to keep the product, you may return it for a full refund, less the cost of shipping & handlingReturn shipping is the responsibility of the customer." On March 4th, customer service received a call from ***, sent return instructions and canceled the membership as requestedThere will be no further charges applied nor shipments of product unless otherwise directed by [redacted] To date, no product has been returned, however, [redacted] is under no obligation to return the trial item
