I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedI want the company to know that I DID return the product and was told on 2/24/at 3:p.m. by the representative who I spoke with, her name was ***, that they had received my return and she would expedite my remaining refund. The reason I did not have a tracking number is that I did not put insurance on the return package as I was upset over the whole transaction and did not want to spend the extra moneyLesson learned

My complaint is about the advertising of the Beauty and Truth products as a “Risk Free Trial, Just Pay for Shipping.” Yes, shipping is just $and $4.95. * What they don’t tell you is that if you order this Free Trial, you will be charged the full price of these products if you don’t return them in days at your own expenseThey cost $and $respectively. * What they also don’t tell you is that when you order the Free Trial, you are automatically enrolled in their “time-saving Delivery Program” of jars of these products delivered monthly at the full price. * Nowhere on the site or on the receipt for shipping and handling does the full price appear. You don’t find out the full price until your credit card is charged in days or you call to cancel. None of the above information appears in the ad for the Free Trial. Click on the link below to see what I’ve described above: *** This is a SCAM. The ads withhold the information a consumer needs to make an informed decision. This consumer thought she would be getting two tiny jars, a 15-day supply, of two Beauty and Truth skincare products for the price of shipping and handling. This was NOT so. I am shocked that Dr** would endorse this Free Trial SCAM with ads similar to the one linked aboveI am reporting the Beauty and Truth Company for advertising that represents a SCAM to hook unsuspecting consumers into a commitment they did not realize they were signing up for
