I had a great experience with Bedroom Furniture Discounts. I had recently had some very bad experiences with a well known furniture chain. I waited weeks for a living room set, missing my original delivery date due to manufacturer delays, only to get something that was not exactly what I ordered. I also ordered a dining set from another online business, only have it arrive in pieces, damaged beyond repair. Things were not looking good.
I still needed a bedroom set, so I took a chance and ordered one sight unseen from Bedroom Furniture Discounts. The price was at least $800 less than other sites selling the same set. When the bedroom set arrived, my jaw just dropped. It was every bit as gorgeous in person as it had been in the advertised photo! The guys who delivered were right on time and super nice, as was Andrian from customer service who followed up with me after delivery and stayed with me for several weeks as we worked out a minor issue (sticky drawer).
I couldn't be more happy with my new bedroom furniture. I wish I had ordered my other furniture from them.

THE WORST Online Furniture Shopping experience EVER!!! To begin with their delivery service is the only thing they're exceedingly good - BUT NOTHING MORE. In cases, customer service was hard to reach, out of the 3 Bedroom sets that I bought from them one came ENTIRELY DEFECTIVE!! - Meaning, cracked and dented everywhere (bed rails, head board, foot board, night stand and dresser) - the looks were nice but the quality and durability seemed POORLY made (no wonder why their price are cheaper). Another bed came as if I ordered a "rocking chair" after it was assembled by them - which took them approximately 3 months (back and forth) to fix it just because they were not going to order replacement parts. Also, BEWARE OF THEIR RESTOCKING FEE AND DELIVERY FEES IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE. I was charged 50% of the purchase price for the Bedroom set that I received entirely defective after asking for an exchange - We ended up returning it and getting back only 50% back. We preferred that than dealing with Bedroom Furniture Discounts ever again.

Great service! We got a get bedroom set for our son. We got a great price on the set, and delivery was 4 weeks, just as promised. Mark Gregor had good communication throughout the process. They were very responsive. The delivery service was very friendly and helpful. Our expectations were exceeded in most every way. They seem to be very concerned with customer satisfaction, very refreshing.

This display of customer service incompetence going on here is staggering. I have attached a picture of what was in the box that was delivered and you can clearly see there aren't any guard rails. As a matter of fact, I inspected every square inch of the box and guess what? NO GUARD RAILS. I have repeatedly said they were not delivered, but you all are either not listening or just thinking I'll leave this alone if you keep repeating yourselves. The fact of the matter is someone dropped the ball because this order is still not complete and I will continue to reject responses until I receive the missing parts. This order was placed almost 11 months ago and is still not any closer to being completed. This is a complete failure on the part of Bedroom Furniture Discount, and seeing how I paid $4066 for this order in the first place I will not pay another dime for what I should already have. This is 100% on the company and manufacturer and the fact you all are trying to pin this on me is pathetic.

I had quickly inspected the furniture because the guys were in a hurry to get moving on.  It was very uncomfortable to go over the furniture with a "fine toothed comb" while they were standing there with a "hurry up" look on their faces.  The damage was noted only after I came back into the room and was able to fully inspect it top to bottom.  
 
Also, when the rest of the bed was finally delivered a few days later, the delivery guys again hurried my inspection - .  Everything looked to be fine.  When I came back from running my sick children to the doctors, the mattress and box spring was sitting at an angle on the floor.  Crawling on the floor, and looking under the bed, there were slats that were too small for the king sized frame and thrown under the bed.  There were only 2 metal supports and they were damaged where the adjustable leveling foot was just set into a broken bracket, the assemblers had fully known it was broken (because there wasn't any threads to screw it into) and just set it into the tube to make it look acceptable.  
A king sized bed is supposed to have 3-5 slats to support it.  They put in 2 slats and threw the wood that was too small under the bed.
The assemblers also threw the garbage UNDER my bed.  (Was I supposed to crawl on my hands and knees and look UNDER the bed for things??)
I sent a message of my dissatisfaction to Raquel and nothing was ever heard back other than she forwarded it to the claims department.  We had to run out and purchase our own wood and spend hours making it so this bed could be used without having the mattress and box springs fall down on the floor.
I still have not received any response regarding these claims and the extra funds I had put forth to FIX this bed.
I also still have not received any nightstands and it is now OVER 3 months that they have had payment in full.
I am still looking for reimbursement of the damaged headboard (which I sent pictures of to Raquel) and reimbursement for the rest of the bed frame that I had to fix myself and reimbursement for the nightstands that I do not even have.

They send me an e mail back on the same day letting me know that their truck is on the way to pick up my furniture from the warehouse ([redacted]) coming week. I still wanted to cancel and requested refund. they replied they are forwarding my request. every thing untrue, no refund was processed. On 4/**/15 at 9:45 AM I rece a call from Nick, he apologized for the delay and explained that delay was due to not having all the pieces of furniture that I ordered, now they have all the pieces and they're already on the truck to be delivered to local delivery company on 4/**/15. When the order was placed everything was in stock so that they can get my money, until 4/** this was never shared with me.  I said I requested refund on 4/**/15. Nothing was done till then, so he threatened me to charge 30% fee. That is how much deceitful they are.On 4/** I received the e mail that my furniture is expected to be delivered to delivery company [redacted] on 4/**.this did not happen so I googled it to get their phone and called I was amazed how much I had been lied about 1. They told me no record, call on 4/** to check.2. 4/**. They did not received all pieces, missing dinning table. Just to be clear each piece has a build in delivery charges. I requested to ship all other items now and when table comes later ship that. They refused to do that.3. SURPRISE. I was under the impression that my furniture has been shipped from [redacted] to local local delivery company in [redacted], guess what this so called local delivery company is in [redacted] entirely in the opposite direction and way further from [redacted]. Next big lie:  on 5/*/15 at 11:21 am received an e mail from seller that their company had been calling me and left message on my phone to confirm delivery schedule their number ###-###-####. I told them that their is neither a miss call nor any message from delivery company but I will call them. When I called they were surprised a. They did not call meb. Their is no truck scheduled to go towards [redacted] at the moment. I told them that I was told by seller that it will be delivered on 5/*. They said they have none scheduled and check back with seller. I e mailed them back and was told they will check and will update me. Since then nothing.

I ordered from Bedroom Furniture Discounts earlier this year and was extremely pleased with the prices and service, as well as white glove delivery. I went to them again this spring for a sectional couch and bedroom set for our guest room. I had family flying in and needed everything by 5/**. My case was assigned to Andrian who assured me he would expedite and make sure I would have my delivery in time. Every step of the way, Andrian provided email updates, and even facilitated the delivery schedule. He went above and beyond and the furniture was gorgeous when delivered. White Glove set up was exceptional as well, and I felt very supported and well taken care of during the entire process of order through delivery. Andrian followed up with me after delivery to ensure we were happy with our purchases. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and intend to use them again next time I have a need!

My husband is a disabled veteran and cannot bend to look at the chair as they brought it in. they were aware he was disabled and did not offer to look at it for him, and they brought it in with no wrap or box or blanket on it. They put it against the wall so he could not move it to get behind it to see it. we have dealt with rude people and cannot get a corp number to call . I have sent several emails to the supposed CEO and no reply.... Tell us why here...

The business keep postponing the delivery date for the past 45 days. I bought this furniture on April [redacted] and I paid $3500 for the furniture I bought. How can they hold my money for this long with out delivering the product to me? They kept giving the false promises on the delivery date every time when I request an update. Even in the above response they are mentioning that the delivery company would give me a call to schedule a time for delivery. That is completely a lie. The delivery company is not giving any options for us regarding delivery date and time. As per them if I am not present at home at the time of their delivery I have to wait again for their next delivery truck which will not be scheduled for 2 months at least. I took a leave for my work last time to be at home just to get the damaged furniture. I lost my pay for that day as I have to return the furniture. Even this time also I am not confident that they would send the furniture with out any damage based on the experience with them. They keep misleading the customers that they inspect the furniture before delivery. Even the delivery person agreed that the business do not have enough employees at warehouse or at the distribution center to check the quality. The furniture I received has cracks all over the headboard and foot board. As I mentioned in my previous response how can they miss the hands prints on wet paint if they really do the inspection they are talking about.My question to them is why should I wait for 4 months for the furniture which I paid 4 months back because of their mistakes? I want to hear the answer for this question from the business. At every point of this transaction they kept giving false promises.1) In their website they mentioned clearly that any delivery above $1000 worth is free of shipping to anywhere in the USA. That is a big lie. They charged me for shipping though my furniture costs way more than $1000. No where in their website at that statement they mentioned any conditions apply.2) The manager and the website clearly mentioned that the maximum delivery time for any shipment is 6 weeks. But my initial delivery with the damaged furniture took more than 8 weeks. 3) As per them the shipping company would call me to schedule for delivery. That is completely false as I have to be there on the day and time when their truck arrives in my town with out any specific notice otherwise they would not deliver for another 2 months when their next truck arrives.On top of all these things the manager Andrian is not confident that the furniture I will be getting in the next shipment would be in good condition. He wants me to keep the furniture which is good and send back only the furniture which is damaged. I need to wait and see whether they really replaced the damaged furniture or they did some painting to hide the cracks.

Yes, they did have a technician call to come out and fix the bed.  I bought a new bed....not a use damaged bed.  They did compensate me $50.00.   They should have offered to replace the headboard at no cost.  They do have a return policy.....I would have to pay 30% restocking fee and shipping.  That would be as must as the bed is worth.Very poor customer service.  Obviously they do not work as close with the delivery companies as they would like to think.

Bedroom Furniture Discounts has been working with Acme Furniture to deliver the additional bed to the customer's residence. After learning that damages were incurred to the additional bed upon delivery to the local delivery company, Bedroom Furniture Discounts contacted Acme Furniture to order parts so the bed can be in perfect condition when delivered to the customer. 
Bedroom Furniture Discounts has learned that Acme Furniture no longer carries this bed, and is unable to send replacements to the local delivery company for delivery to the customer. As per the customer's correspondence, identical beds were to be delivered or she would like to purchase locally. Because Acme Furniture can no longer fulfill the order for both beds, Bedroom Furniture Discounts will issue a refund for the items and pick up the delivered bed so the customer may purchase locally.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has cause the customer, and encourage her to contact our Customer Success Team at ###-###-#### for further questions and updates.
