Thank you for reviewing my order but you are VERY misinformed.  There has been a lot of communication since your last referenced October [redacted] correspondence.  The most recent communication was a chain from me to manager [redacted] on November [redacted], a subsequent response from her to me on November [redacted], and my reply to her on that same date.  At that time, I noted my request for the refund and additional damage on the new dresser that I was demanding be fixed.  After the first delivery debacle on October [redacted], I was told that the hassle that ensued was due to my not having clearly noted the damaged items on the delivery sheet.   This was after me not having realized that signing the delivery sheet, as I was told to do, closed my order given that there were still parts of our bed that had not arrived, and therefore I considered the delivery incomplete.  When the original dresser was finally switched out on November [redacted] (6 weeks after the original delivery), I made sure to denote the damages on the delivery paper, as I was told was proper protocol for getting this fixed.  I was never contacted back, EVEN after referencing this to [redacted].  So, we remain left with a damaged dresser and no remediation, as Bedroom Furniture Discounts will not acknowledge our issue. Your Revdex.com reply mentioned: "We will revisit our Policies & Procedures with our delivery partners to ensure all merchandise is properly inspected going forward."  You reviewing your policies and procedures going forward is of no help to us, who have already suffered several terrible inconveniences in rearranging our work schedules 5 times to be home for various deliveries and repair services for damaged pieces.  We also ended up assembling the final parts of the bed together on our own after having to drive to a [redacted] warehouse to pick up the final pieces because they were not delivered in time before we needed them.  It has been the worst headache dealing with Bedroom Furniture Discounts.  We have friends moving to the area that have  furniture purchase needs and I can't recommend your business based on my experience.  I am still baffled at your wonderful online reviews we saw when we had 4/5 damaged pieces and the new dresser that was replaced had problems too.  This is more than extreme bad luck.  I'm astonished at your disorganization at a company given that every time we do communicate about an issue your customer service people seem to have forgotten most of the history of the conversations leading up to that point.  I continue to request the $170 refund for the bogus Platinum White Glove Delivery service and $150 for me to use to find my own furniture refinisher or repair person to fix the damages you don't acknowledge. Please find a way to remedy this.  For $320 I will be satisfied and will go away.  But you can be sure I will keep pushing back until I do. Thanks.[redacted]

I did respond to business and I have not heard back from them. They offered to take off $100 of the price of the mirror and I checked two independent furniture repair places and to repair the mirror, it will cost between $226 and $330 due to the location of the damage since it is damaged in three places (see attached photos). I am concerned if Bedroom Furniture repairs it themselves I may never get it back considering I waited two months for the furniture to arrive although they falsely advertised that they had it in stock. They sold me used furniture and charged me a price for new furniture.

To Whom It May Concern,Discount Living Rooms received an email from the customer on April **, 2015 stating that due to delivery delays and the fact that she would be traveling abroad during the summer, she could not find an alternate person to receive the merchandise and requested to cancel the order. replacement. On August *, we filed a claim with the manufacturer for a replacement reclining mechanism, which was approved and delivered to the customer on September * and installed by a furniture technician. On December **, the customer contacted us to report further reclining issues and partial fading of the leather. We reported these issues to the manufacturer, and filed a claim at that time. Because the frame of the collection, they could not issue replacement parts to the customer. Additionally, they do not replace leather due to the frame of this collection. Leather are made durable and are subject to wear and tear. Unfortunately, both claims were denied.We apologize that there is nothing further we can do regarding these issues. Thoroughly inspect the furniture prior to signing. In the unlikely event that any part of your order arrives damaged, please write “damaged” on the delivery slip next to the damaged piece(s). First of all, I did not order this furniture online. I ordered this furniture over the phone. None of the details they are conveying to you were ever shown, told, or explained to me before or while I placed this order. If they would have been this transparent on their poor quality of product and return fees, I never would have placed the order to begin with. Their  phone operator/representative never mentioned anything about these details before or while I placed this order. I only came to find out about these ridiculous fees until after they refused to provide a full refund which I was told I would receive by the phone operator/representative the day I refused the furniture for not matching. Second, I was told by the three gentlemen (my wife as my witness as well) to NOT sign for the delivery as all three of the gentlemen also stated the furniture DID NOT match and told me NOT to accept it. While the delivery men were on the phone with Bedroom Furniture Discounts and had them on speakerphone, the Bedroom Furniture Discounts representative NEVER mentioned anything about shipping and return fees. They stated the furniture could be returned without penalty which is why I clearly stated on the delivery contract (attached) "Refused for full refund. Wrong Color" and signed and initialed it. I specially did this as instructed by the Bedroom Furniture Discount delivery team and telephone operator. I have attached additional photos showing the furniture does not match while all of the furniture is in the same exact lightning. I have also attached one of my email responses which shows that I clearly have a factual case that Bedroom Furniture Discount NEVER explained or made me aware that there were any fees for them delivering wrong colored furniture and all I did was reject the delivery for a full refund as instructed by their phone operator/representative and their three delivery men. There is no mistake about this. The furniture does not match and a full refund is clearly warranted. This company is scamming innocent people.Thank you[redacted]?

I called Kincaid at ###-###-#### when raguelg emailed me saying item no longer being made by Kincaid and bedroom furn discounts not selling anymore both are wrong.spoke with nancy at above number at Kincaid would help but needs to hear from bedroom furn discounts.I have not recived anything in writing with kincaids name on it to tell me they know anything about it I have asked twice no response.item has gone from mat finish to hi shine not in sunlight and we have used only feather duster on it.it is under1 year warranty as you display on cover on website.kincaid still making item I called them and you are still selling.I informed raguel g of this so shecould help with warranty issue sent in 4 sets of pictures.have not recived anything with kincaids email on it telling me they have been informed.thank you

I have had two deliveries in the past two weeks from BedroomFurnitureDiscounts and DiscountLivingRooms. Both deliveries went great! The most recent delivery was for a coffee table and 2 end tables. The two gentlemen were very polite and hard-working. They patiently put all three tables together. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the delivery time. I was told the delivery window was 5:00 – 9:00 pm on Sunday, June 12. They called that morning about 9:30 and said they were running way ahead of schedule – my husband and I had to rearrange our Sunday plans a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal and we were able to be home for the 1:30 delivery. It actually worked out better that the delivery came early, but it would have been nice to have known earlier. We are very pleased with our tables.
The previous delivery was a full bedroom set delivered to my daughter’s apartment. Just as planned, I got a call at 5:30 pm that they would be at the apartment around 6:00 pm. They were right on time. It was a very hot day (over 90 degrees), but the two gentlemen never complained at all – and they had to carry that furniture up to the third level of the apartment building! They carefully put the bed together and made sure I was completely satisfied with the condition of the furniture. (and I was)
These 2 experiences were my first time ordering from your company. I have been very pleased! I feel like you offer a good product at a reasonable price. Your white glove treatment is everything you claim it to be! I didn’t even have to wait very long from placing the order to the delivery. Adrian, my Customer Success Manager, did a great job keeping me up to date on the status of the delivery. I have told many of my friends about your company! Thank you!

I was browsing online for a china cabinet in white, which is harder to find than you think, when I found just what I wanted on the website diningroomoutlet.com, which is run by Bedroom Furniture Discounts. From ordering, to delivery, I received great customer service from Asif Horinaiko and he kept me informed about the status of my order and delivery. I used the Platinum White glove delivery, which is when they put the furniture together and delivery it since I was getting a large cabinet that would need assembly (white glove is just bringing it into your home instead of just to your door). It cost more, however I got a discount when I was chatting online with the sales rep Vlad. My piece was scheduled to be delivered 7-14 weeks, but it was ready sooner and I received a call from the delivery guys a few days ahead to arrange a good day and time for delivery. It arrived in perfect shape! Asif even followed up to make sure the guys from the delivery company (I think is out-sourced) did a good job.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrian from Bedroom Furniture Discounts. He kept me updated on the status of my order diligently. I received my furniture in a reasonable amount of time. I was satisfied with the delivery service Andrian provided. The price was right for me, and the furniture looks beautiful. Hands down, I would highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I order from them. The first time I ordered from them was my bedroom furniture that I had no problem with the only problem I had was I told them I needed by my wedding day and it came 1 week late I slept on the floor on my wedding night. Now I'm having a big problem with them, they gave me false information told me that my furniture will take 3 weeks now it keeps getting pushed back to 6 weeks. They don' care that I'm a returning customer I told them that I needed my furniture by the 1st week of Feb they said nothing we can do. They don't even try to help you all the say is I'm sorry. They get annoyed that I call to check the status. A lot of the employees there are rude all they want is your money they don't care about service and helping you. They blame me for not understanding right but they are the ones that don't provided the right information.I can keep going I can keep going I have a lot more complains but ii will be too long. I don't recommend this company and I had more furniture to order will NEVER order from them again.

I am sick and tired of them. I kept on insisting for REFUND but none was made. It seems that they have to take approval from US congress before they refund my money. Bottom line is they never intended to refund. Then they kept calling me that it is scheduled to de delivered on JULY [redacted], and they will also send a check for $100, which I have not received yet. I was not willing to accept any of these based on so many false dates they had been giving. I told them I am not in town (My primary residence in [redacted]) and this time I am not willing to travel just to get the delivery which may not happen as they did numerous times before. I was assured this is all set with no more issues. So I told Martin that I had to request my son to go to home (He is student at [redacted], lives in dorm) to receive delivery. The driver showed up after 8 PM only to let my son know that they can't deliver because both table bases and two chairs have significant damage and they went back.on 7/*/15 I again requested for refund but NONE is issued yet. Now they are asking me 'What Happened" why it was not delivered, although I had already told them. I keep getting e mails that they had to investigate before they will consider my request for refund. I had been requesting REFUND since 4/**/15. These people need not be in business.

The business response is typical of every other response they made over 4 months.  They say they care about the customer but do zero to resolve the issue.  I waited over 4 months for a dresser that they quoted 4 to 6 weeks.  Every week I emailed to find out the status and every week they sent back an email saying they care about customers and they are looking in to it.  I think people need to know this is not a reputable company.  I have read other complaints where they offered $100 back to the customer.  I guess since I was nice to them, I did not get this prize.  This terrible company needs to be stopped.
