Once a refund has been issued, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the credit to be posted to a customer's account, depending on their financial institution. This time frame is also indicated in the Merchant's terms and conditions. We still have not received the merchandise but we assume that the merchandise is on it's way, as a proof this is the tracking number [redacted], this can be verified through www.usps.com or by calling USPS Toll free number.Merchant is prepared to provide supporting documentation of the refund upon request. My boyfriend and I own a summer home in a beach resort. This summer there had been a slight outbreak of bedbugs within the resort. I am someone who does not handle bugs well and the thought of our vacation home having bed bugs made me panic. We went ahead and did some research and found Bedroom Guardian. I made sure to read through the reviews and was impressed enough to go ahead and make the purchase. Thanks to this company I have been able to enjoy sleeping without the fear of a bed bug infestation. Now every time someone has mentioned dealing with bed bugs I have directed them to this product. The price is right and the quality is amazing; I couldn’t have asked for more.

I am rejecting this response because: I repeatedly tried to cancel my reoccurring order before the next order shipped and before I was charged, but the calls were never answered for me to be able to do so. I remained on hold for more than an hour each time. It wasn't until after they charged my account did someone actually answer, after being on hold for 45 minutes. I believe this was done purposefully in an effort to prevent cancellation and that is deceitful, and poor business practice. I have been notified of a refund, however now I have to wait for it to credit back to my account and also spend time and postage returning the product.

The customer was charged $9.95 on September 6, 2014, and was charged for the auto ship on October 6, 2014 for only $19.90 which already has been refunded, the amount that she is discussing about is different from what we charged her account, the complainant might be referring to a different company.

I ordered a Bedroom Guardian to treat bedbugs. I was put on automatic renewal without my o.k. The product is simply diatomaceous earth. I can buy a 4 pound bag here in Augusta, Ga for $7.00. Bedroom Guardian sends a 2 ounce (salt shaker size) for $24.90. Talk about PROFIT for them. Their first shipment costs half as much as subsequent shipments. ?????
When you phone them, to stop sending, be ready for a 10 minute hold. This happened to me 3 times.

When you go to order the $9.95 It ends up costing 9.95 plus a year supply for 79.95. And they put you on Auto Ship without you knowing.
No one ever answers their phone. It should be taken off the internet it is the biggest rip off ever.

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't appreciate the company saying I immediately canceled the shipment, the company kept sending and change their name and there was no documentation as stating to return to cancel in the envelope, only to call a number. I called and called the number it was not until it was reported to Revdex.com that I received the first response.  I accept the three months although but I would like an apology from the business insinuating that I was trying to make an extra buck.  If I was to do this I would get others involved as have already been.  I just wanted them to stop deducting and automatically sending those packages!!!!I feel that whomever it is responding is ignorant and covering up for not cancelling this order back when it was began, because its a scam.  This should not be an personal attack on my integrity unless he/she is the cause of the misunderstanding!

only the packages can be returned without me paying postage; except the first package was opened does the company want this package returned also?  Please advise.  I will accept the offer of payment from all the months if I DO NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE TO RETURN AND HOW DO I RETURN THE PACKAGES OPENED AND UNOPENED?
