The complainant in Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted], claims that Bedroom Guardian ("Merchant") "charged more than ordered, had non existent refund policy, collects installments without consumer permission.
Merchant's terms and conditions are visible on the bottom of every page on the Merchant's website and also include the refund policy as well as details about the Merchant's auto ship plan.

Details about the Merchant's auto ship program are also available on the order page where the customer inputs their credit card information.
Merchant's refund policy is easy and straight forward to understand. All the customer needs to do is return our product within 30 days, and they are granted a full refund with no questions asked.
As what was stated in the email sent to the customer the refund has been processed to his account. Once a refund has been issued, it usually takes 3-* business days for the credit to be posted to a customer's account, depending on their financial institution. This time frame is also indicated in the Merchant's terms and conditions. But the customer is still required to return the said product that he received.
The Merchant also confirms that the customer was removed on the auto ship plan.
Merchant is prepared to provide supporting documentation of the refund upon request. Merchant has noted that the Revdex.com letter that came with the complaint specifically stated NOT to include any personally identifying information when responding to a Revdex.com complaint, and thus Merchant has withheld all supporting documentation since it identifies the customer.
