I recently traveled, with my girlfriend and dog, to New York City(for a convention.) Our hotel, despite its satisfactory appearance, unnerved us, as we began to itch almost upon arrival. When the problem persisted upon our return home... Sure enough! We'd brought bed bugs back with us. Rather than dishing out the money for an exterminator, we looked up alternative solutions. Despite some skepticism from reviewers, we decided to purchase the product based on strong customer reviews. We could not have made a better decision. Our pestilence faded definitely each day and eventually was eliminated. This product has saved me enormous emotional and economic distress -- an effective quick fix to something I thought was going to be a huge problem.

What a fantastic product! My tenants were complaining about this particular issue and needed help curing it. I looked around in the local “big box” stores and found several other treatments. I tried two. Neither worked, and both left a considerable mess to clean up afterwards. I found this product online and could not be happier. Not only that, but when you compare the pricing on this versus the other two I tried, it isn’t even a contest. I am recommending this to other landlords in my BNI group now. It’s great.

Recently, I moved to a new apartment and soon discovered that it was infested with bedbugs. Soon they had overtaken all of my furniture; couches, mattresses, and anywhere they could hide. It had been making me miserable, and my landlord did nothing for me after giving me a treatment to use that did not work. I didn't want to spend a lot of money buying different products, and thankfully Bedroom Guardian was the end-all be-all in bedbug removal.
After just a few short months, our apartment was completely overrun, so I wasn't expecting to have as much success as I did with this; this was no minor infestation. The population of bedbugs went down fast, as did the number of bites I received each night. I've finally gotten rid of the issue for good, and I could not be more relieved. We have been about 4 weeks without a single trace of any bedbugs, and I'm happy that I was able to use something safe and effective to truly end our bed bug crisis. I let my landlord know of our success, and now he is using this for all of the apartments in my building with similar complaints to ours.

Hello.   This email is in regard to my complaint with Bed Bug Gaurdian   #  #[redacted]. Thank you for your help in the matter below, but I now have received a NEW credit card bill and bedroom gaurdian has a new charge on it for 42.61 Canadian dollars or 32.85 U.S. funds.   I did not receive any product but it may be on the way, but I DID NOT even receive the product but did get charged a new charge so I would appreciate it if you would again contact them on my behalf.  I require a refund for this one too.They said they can not pay me back on my credit card so they will send me a cheque in the mail for the last one.  I have notified them I am writing to you in an email I sent them today {April 17} asking for a second refund.   Thank you very much again.  Sincerely [redacted].

Hello.   I got a new charge on my credit card for another product of bedroom gaurdian but I did not get the product, BUT..... it was charged on the very same day that I said you would have to send a cheque, so, I had already notified you and you had already said you would cancel and send me a refund the days BEFORE the NEW CHARGE appeared on my card.  So, I guess you will have to refund this one too and send me a SECOND cheque {check}.  I do not know why the charge appeared days after we were disputing this product order and charge.  I realize you have many people working for you and this may be that they did not know not to send it or it was sent from some other warehouse or something, but please send me another refund cheque for the charge that appeared on my April 6 credit card bill.  That would mean this charge is a different one than the one you already agreed to send me a refund check for.  I have notified the Revdex.com again.  Just so you know.  Thank you.  Please reply and let me know what you are going to do.  [redacted] { for [redacted]}                                                 Revdex.com    This is my complaint number  #[redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:there are still issues to be resolved .As for the 30 day money back guarantee it is clearly stated 60 days on the front of there website. I sent back the original package for a full refund of $128 and some odd cents via certified mail on Sept. 15th 2014. I also sent in the mail supporting documents in the mail for the overdraft fees.
