And the complainant placed the order on the website and each successful order, all customers are presented with an invoice at the end of every purchase which they can save or even print out.And the complainant's order was also confirmed when he spoke to one of our customer service representatives on March 07, 2016 09:54 AM and was even provided a time frame when he will receive the order, which complainant already mentioned in his complaint. The Revdex.com itself can prove that the Merchant's phone number always has been "([redacted]" this phone number was provided to the Revdex.com from the start and it was never changed. Furthermore the phone number "[redacted]" is a toll free number of a cruise ship company in the US.The Merchant only offers a 30 day money back guarantee, but the complainant was given a refund for three months (January, February and April) and was not even required to return anymore products. This action clearly shows how the Merchant is willing to assist the complainant with her concern. This is the perfect product for me! Let me start off by saying that I live in a dorm where a bed bug infestation started on the floor below mine and since I had friends that lived on that floor I visited often and was worried that I could bring the infestation upstairs. A week later after the epidemic was announced I started noticing increased itching and upon further inspection, especially in the cracks of my mattress, I noticed signs of bed bugs meaning that the infestation has spread, more particularly, has spread into my room and on my mattress. After my initial shock of disgust wore off I told a friend that lived on the floor below mine about the presence of bed bugs in my room. That’s when they told me about the bedroom guardian. Apparently, their parents had ordered it for them and after receiving it and following the directions of placing it under their bed my friend immediately noticed a difference. They stated that the itching decreased almost instantly and after a week the bed bugs were nearly gone. With such encouraging advice I obviously went ahead and purchased the bedroom guardian, and now several months later I am more than satisfied. I don’t have bed bugs and I haven’t had them since purchasing the bedroom guardian but several of my friends on different floors now have dealt with or are continuing to deal with bed bugs. It’s nice to know that I can still hang out with my friends without worrying about getting those nasty little buggers. No quarantine for this girl!
