I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I don't believe the amount is correct it is too much. The refund amount was $19.90 and should be $9.80

Complainant requests for a refund, Merchant's refund policy is easy and straight forward to understand. All the customer needs to do is return our product within 30 days, and they are granted a full refund with no questions asked.
As what was stated in the email sent to the customer the refund has been processed to her account. Once a refund has been issued, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the credit to be posted to a customer's account, depending on their financial institution. This time frame is also indicated in the Merchant's terms and conditions.
The Merchant also confirms that the customer was removed on the auto ship plan.
The customer also requested to refund the overdraft fees, however, it is stated in the Merchant's terms and conditions that the Merchant is NOT responsible for any overdraft fees or situations resulting from customers using a credit card with an insufficient balance to cover the above costs. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure funds are available to cover all applicable fees and taxes.
But we have requested that the customer send a proof of the overdraft fees, but at this moment it is confirmed that the customer was refunded $105.45.

I love Bedroom Guardian! My husband and I moved into our new apartment only two weeks ago. When we visited the apartment, everything seemed fine and dandy but it wasn't until we moved in, that's when we started noticing that we were waking up with bug bites all over our bodies! I am not sure where they came from; I highly doubt we had bed bugs because we always made sure that our furniture was clean and free of anything that would attract any types of bugs. Anyone who has been bitten by a bed bug knows that it is the most uncomfortable feeling ever. Nonstop itching isn't something I want to go through while sitting at my desk at work. A coworker of mine actually recommended that I use Bedroom Guardian and after work, I ordered one! This product is chemical free (which is exactly what I was looking for) and works wonders. Since we didn't have many bed bugs, we were able to demolish all of them at once! We also used it in the other rooms, just in case. So far, no problems!

Found this company online and it has mixed reviews, but I am frustrated and willing to try everything. I was not expecting it's something that will work, but it did, I was upset to receive a small bottle of spray, but it did not stop me to try it and I am glad I did. Maybe the company can consider selling it in bigger bottles. I hired an exterminator, but said I have no problem, but every night I get bed bug bites, my daughter have these allergies like bites now tell me if I am just paranoid or that proves I have bed bug problems and this helped a lot.

I moved into my new dorm room about a month ago and I realised that the beds were infected with bed bugs. I would wake up with bites (red spots) all over me. It was really a horrible experience. I asked the cleaning lady for the residential halls and she suggested Bedroom guardian to kill the bed bugs. I tried ordering several others as well, however they did not work. I tried bedroom guardian and it cleared all the bed bugs with one try. From what I can see with the information on the product it is chemical free and so there are no worries about inhaling any carcinogens etc.I would definitely recommend bedroom guardian to others it really is one of the best pest control products I have tried so far!
