All the customer needs to do is return our product within 30 days, and they are granted a full refund with no questions asked.The customer have spoken to one of our Customer Service Representative on September 02, 2015 and was assisted with the customer concern, as what was also stated in the email sent to the customer the refund already has been processed to her account. Once a refund has been issued, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the credit to be posted to a customer's account, depending on their financial institution. This time frame is also indicated in the Merchant's terms and conditions. But the customer is still required to return the said product that he/she received.The Merchant also confirms that the customer was removed on the auto ship plan.Merchant is prepared to provide supporting documentation of the refund upon request. I never, EVER thought that I would get bedbugs. I keep my house tidy and I was very embarrassed to be in a situation where I had to call someone to come clean my home for bed bugs and treat my bedroom and beyond... it was a nightmare. But luckily, I found Bedroom Guardian. They are personable, professional and discreet. I obviously didn't want my neighbors to know, and with this product, everything is kept INSIDE of the house and I didn't have to have a professional come out. On top of that, they are affordable. I would highly recommend Bedroom Guardian to anyone that I know.

My wife and I went on vacation and stayed in many hotels along the way. To our surprise, when we came home we started finding bed bugs on our mattress! My wife raced to the nearest store and picked up a few different products that would target the issue we were facing. Unfortunately, after a week of using these products, we were still finding the bugs. I started searching online for solutions and found the Bedroom Guardian product. I usually don’t make online purchases but we were desperate! I received the product and after reading through the instructions, I began using it immediately. Within a few days we started seeing a difference – the bugs were disappearing! We are now bed bug free and we are so happy that we can sleep soundly at night once again! After that scare, we always keep Bedroom Guardian in our house. We know that it’s a product we can trust to take care of the problem!

I am rejecting this response because:Thanks for noting the time zone difference.  I didn't realize that at first but I have made phone call attempts within the correct business hours and received the same recording.  Anyways, that's not a big issue...

with me it just made it look fishy because my wife just went through a similar situation with the same kind of phone voicemails and it ended up being fraud.I do not remember at all seeing what is on your website currently.  I had ordered this stuff months ago and I do not recall it being the same - detailing the monthly installments.  My issue is that it was not clear enough of what the company was wanting to charge at the time of my first purchase.  Why not make that part of the "purchase agreement" as visible and noticeable?  I would not have done the deal if I knew there were future installments.  That should be an option at the time of checkout, it should not default into the customer automatically signed up until cancelled.  I would not have bought anything.  The company email states that the refund of the last 2 charges have been initiated but product(s)? must be returned.  Was I suppose to get more packages?  I haven't gotten anything since the last 2 charges.  This is becoming a little more confusing.  I just want a refund and move on.  Thank you for your time.Regards,

And was already advised to return the merchandise that is within the 30 days money back guarantee, a refund of $19.90 on September 22, 2016 was also processed and all that is left to do is to return the merchandise. The complainant ([redacted] J [redacted]) in Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] claims that Bedroom Guardian ("Merchant") Never answer phone for support of any kind. Product returned. Requesting account to be closed.
This Revdex.com complaint is not consistent with what actually happened.

Contrary to the complainant's claims that no one answers the phone and said that she returned a Merchandise, the Merchant can find the following communication from the complainant:
1. One phone call on March 05, 2014, stating that she wants to cancel the order, but since the package has been shipped out, the customer was advised to return it and the refund will be processed once the Bedroom Guardian product was received. Which is part of  the Merchant Return and Refund Policy (http://bedroomguardian.com/terms.html) 
2. Another phone call on March 13, 2014 stating the same as above. The complainant was also assured that her account has been closed when she called in on March 05, 2014. And she just needs to return the Bedroom Guardian product to qualify for a refund. 
The complainant's Revdex.com complaint was filed on March 10th. Even after contacting the Merchant on March 05, 2014.
The Merchant is willing to provide a refund on the Bedroom Guardian product that was shipped on March 4th and confirmed Delivered on March 8th (Tracking Number: [redacted]), provided that the complainant return the product within 30 days.
The Merchant is fully prepared to furnish evidence against the complainant, a telephone call recording, at the request of the Revdex.com.
