Concerning Bedroom Guardian. LLCThey have put another 39.80 on my account 11/12/15.Now they have to give me another credit of 39.80 for this charge!!I checked my account to see if they did a credit of 39.80, which they did on 11/19/15, that was for the 10/13/15 charge to myaccount. Thank you for your help!![redacted]

 I DO NOT BELIEVE IT IS TRUTHFUL. On JANUARY 15 I CALLED BEDROOM GUARDIAN AND AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES, I WAS VERY NASTILY TOLD THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED MY RETURN. THEN IMMEDIATELY DISPUTED THE CHARGES WITH CHASE, MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. ON JANUARY !8 I FILED THE Revdex.com COMPLAINT. EVERYTHING ABOUT BEDROOM GUARDIAN IS DISHONEST.
I ACCEPT THE REFUND --IT IS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO-- BUT NOT THEIR EXPLANATION.

I ordered ONE of the Bedroom Guardian kits. Was not pleased, as it is not as advertised! They automatically sign you us for a monthly delivery. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone.
I have requested a refund---we shall see if it ever comes through. I spoke to Karen by phone and she said that my cost was to be refunded.

The complainant already have contacted our Customer Service Department yesterday and was even advised to return the merchandise in compliance with our return and refund policy, but the complainant does not want to cooperate and instead she disconnected the call, the representative who assisted the complainant even called her back numerous times to provide information about her refund and customer keep hanging up the phone and refused to listen. Fantastic product! I am looking for this kind of product and needed help curing it. I looked around in the local “big box” stores and found several other treatments. Neither worked, and both left a considerable mess.I found this product online and could not be happier.it work perfectly and highly recommending this product.. It’s great.

I am truly grateful for the professionalism and help I received recently from Bedroom Guardian. My Wife was undergoing serious bites from Bed Bugs and it was literally a living nightmare for her and myself for having to see her go through such discomfort. I called Bedroom Guardian and they were so understanding and took care of our concerns and more importantly...our BED BUGS! Thank you again and please call upon Bedroom Guardian to eliminate Bed Bugs out of your lives.

I ordered a product from Bedroom Guardian and I can't get a hold of them. They leave you waiting on the phone forever. I want to tell them that I no longer want to receive their auto delivery. They took money out of my bank account and I no longer want to receive their bedbug product. How can I get ahold of them if they won't answer the phone. This is a scam.
