Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I know that users are not obligated to use BeFrugal But users should expect BeFrugal’s website statement to click here and receive a rebate on [redacted] purchases to be valid and to then make a purchase with the assumption that the final price will be reduced by the promised rebate BeFrufal should be able to track purchases made through their website and to get the appropriate payment from [redacted] I don’t know what arrangement BeFrugal has with [redacted] , but it should not be a speculative one And if it is speculative, then consumers should receive adequate notification of the arrangement The [redacted] / [redacted] purchase that I mentioned in my last communication was made on December 20, well after my BeFrugal/ [redacted] purchases on December and December and well after I contacted BeFrugal about my missing rebates My [redacted] purchase had no effect upon my BeFrugal purchases Please note that I always close my browser and then reopen it prior to making a purchase from BeFrugal, [redacted] or any of their competitors I followed all of the rules that were imposed by BeFrugal I did not get my rebate because of a faulty arrangement between BeFrugal and [redacted] I understand that [redacted] is big, but they should be able to track purchases and respond to inquiries from BeFrugal regarding transactions If BeFrugal is unable to properly track their [redacted] transactions they should warn potential purchases of that fact Regards, [redacted]

On September 16, 2016, [redacted] placed two orders with [redacted] (retailer order numbers [redacted] and [redacted] )No commission-eligible sale was tracked from [redacted] to BeFrugal.comIn response to the customer’s request, we submitted two separate inquiries with [redacted] , asking that they recheck their sales records for these transactions to determine if a commission was owed to BeFrugal as a result of the purchasesBoth inquiries were declined by [redacted] [redacted] response via their affiliate platform is that the two purchases in questions were not traced to BeFrugal because they were instead attributed to another affiliate partner The tracking of cash back sales is based on a cookie that is set on the customer’s browser when they click through eligible links on BeFrugal.comIn this case, the customer either had a competing cookie on their browser before or somehow acquired one after clicking through BeFrugalAmong other options, this can happen if the customer a) clicks through another link in a shopping search engine, newsletter, or third-party website (including advertisements), b) has a shopping browser extension for a third-party installed on the computer browser which they are using, c) have malware installed, or d) similar options unique to the customer’s shopping pattern, for example to use the coupon that is listed on BeFrugal, click on the Coupon As specified in the BeFrugal terms and conditions to which the customer has agreed, while we will do our best to pursue with a retailer any claims for non-credited transactions, if a retailer does not ultimately issue payment to BeFrugal, we are unable to provide cash backAll cash back is the shared component of the commission paid to BeFrugalWithout a commission for an order, the shared component cannot existRegards,BeFrugal Team

1) The [redacted] cash back listing was removed from BeFrugal.com on July 9, in response to a notice from the Bookamillion affiliate program that they would be closing soon.2) [redacted] ended their affiliate program’s relationship with BeFrugal on July 15, 2015.As you can see, we had removed the cash back program six days BEFORE the affiliate relationship with Bookamillion ended3) For all dates between December 15, and July 15, 2015, BeFrugal had an active affiliate partnership with [redacted] At no point during any of the dates disputed by the customer was the relationship not activeInstead, as the sales were not tracked as cash back eligible transactions by the retailer, this shows they did not qualify under the terms available when BeFrugal was partnering with [redacted] While we submitted disputes with [redacted] asking them to review the original determination of not eligible, they did not resolve these disputes and terminated their relationship with BeFrugal.Unfortunately, according to the BeFrugal terms, as no commission was received for your purchases, no Cash Back will be issued.Regards,BeFrugal Team
