I have reviewed the response submitted by BeFrugal and have determined that their response does not satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. They could have worked much harder to better understand the details of what happened to my transaction. I called [redacted] corporate myself to have their people look into the problem and filed a complaint. I stated that [redacted] should know exactly what other marketing channel is attributed to my purchase, when I made the purchase, when they confirmed the purchase, and cross-reference it all with my BeFrugal click history. I further stated that I have three cash back accounts: [redacted] (used regularly), [redacted] (never used), and BeFrugal (used this one time). If BeFrugal is not showing up in [redacted]' system, wouldn't BeFrugal want to know that and understand why? Why do I have to ask the questions that need asking? BeFrugal should pay me for two hours of work for doing their job for them. Instead, BeFrugal insinuates that I'm ignorant and throws their hands up rather than investigate. This company needs to shore up their transaction system and their customer service because apparently they have a bug in both. Rather than deny they have an issue and blame the customer, they ought to acknowledge their shortcomings and work with their partnering businesses to ensure other customers lose their cash back award.Regards,

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  I absolutely did not use another service and it is impossible for another service to have claimed the commission for this order. BeFrugal advertises a certain percentage of cash back and is responsible for distributing that cash back when a customer makes an order on a website accessed through the BeFrugal portal. That is exactly what happened in this situation but I have yet to see any resolution or PROOF of their attempts to resolve this problem. [redacted] denied ever speaking with a BeFrugal representative regarding this order and has indicated that my order did in fact access the [redacted] website using BeFrugal.

The customer's Sign-Up bonus does not expire. To earn a Sign-Up Bonus a user must join BeFrugal.com during the promotional period or via a link or web page on BeFrugal.com where such bonus is being promoted and earn $25 or more in Cash Back (not including bonuses and earnings from non-purchase...

activity). There is no restriction on the time for this process. These terms can be found online at http://www.befrugal.com/termsandconditions/. Because the customer's bonus will automatically be added to their first payment request under the terms available when they signed up, no additional action is required.

The customer has pending inquiries with a few retailers. None of the inquiries are old. We’re just waiting for a resolution from the stores. We will update the customer via the BeFrugal ticketing system.

I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Now being a rebate, lets see if the refund is actually mailed out.

Nowhere in the account we say that the payment was sent! The status of the payment is Processing/Pending.We contacted the customer on 10/12/2015 requesting additional information so that their 10/5/2015 payment could be sent. They did not respond to that message. We contacted them again on...

10/20/2015 asking them again to respond. They have not responded to that message. Until the customer responds to complete a verification, we are unable to process their payment.
