I have been waiting over three months for Befrugal to send me approval for the items I purchasedOnly after submitting a claim to the Revdex.com did things "magically" start getting approvedBefrugal is stating that it has been approved and are awaiting the commission from the vendorI would like to keep this case open until a date of payment, or the actual payment is madeOtherwise, Befrugal can keep holding the money on my account indefinitely.

The claim that I have violated the terms and conditions of the site are unfounded According to the initial response form business, there is nothing that states that a violation of the T & C is the use of profanity Further, any profanity used was not directed at the Befrugal staff but rather at the merchants who continue to deny cashback requestsIt's unfortunate that the thin skinned, fraudulent staff of Befrugal would take them as suchUnfortunately, all they know how to do is copy and paste form responses when responding to legitimate cashback requests and will always side with the merchant on any disputes even when evidence points to the contrary Clearly, the business will continue to violate the law, which overrides any website's Terms and Conditions and it appears that only through adjudication will this complaint be resolved In the meantime, I have created another account to use while the court adjudicates my claims against the business
