Let me clear the misunderstanding of the BeFrugal cash back rates and the highest cash back rate guarantee.1) Regarding the [redacted] cash back rate at [redacted], the 14% is the promotional cash back rate for [redacted]. [redacted]'s terms, "you can only use Turbo Cashback on one shopping click of your choice every calendar month."BeFrugal Highest Cash Back Rate Guarantee compares the base cash back rates (listed as "Regular CashBack" at [redacted]), not promotional rates. Competitors' sites create such one-time promo rates because it makes their site look like they have higher cash back rates to attract new customers.Flooring/Carpeting/Textile categories are not listed for [redacted] on [redacted] site, it means these three categories fall under general "[redacted] Purchase" cash back rate of 1%BeFrugal does not list these categories either, thus your [redacted] purchase falls under general BeFrugal category "Other" with the cash back rate of 3%  As you can see BeFrugal offers the three times higher cashback rate than [redacted] for your purchase.Here is a copy/paste from the BeFrugal Best Cash Back Rate Guarantee terms:This guarantee does not cover Cash Back rates where there is not a direct equivalent rate listed at BeFrugal. Dear [redacted],As BeFrugal Cash Back Terms clearly warn members, to guarantee cash back earning, one must not use any coupons or discounts other that coupons or deals listed on BeFrugal.com. [redacted]The initial cash back inquiry was declined by [redacted] on 3/18/2015 with the reason "the order ID was not located within the affiliate network" meaning there is no BeFrugal cookie in the order. This could happen if you made a call to their support rep, modified the order online or via the phone or applied coupons/discounts that are not listed on BeFrugal.com. NCR membership discount could void your cash back.We’ve sent an email to the affiliate management team of [redacted] directly on 3/20/2015, asking them to review the case. We are currently waiting on their response and will notify you as soon as they respond.  This is a BOGUS response from BeFrugal since I have purchases from August 2017 which have been verified (see attached screen print from the BeFrugal site) and 90 days have obviously elapsed. Yet, this company refuses to pay out these amounts and continues to avoid and obfuscate the claim.

This is horrible service. I opened my ByFrugal account and made specifically for promise of a cash back payment. And I was cheated. As if that wasn't bad enough, you seem to not care that you've cheated me out of money...you didn't even attempt to compensate me for the transaction. This wasn't my fault.  I'm sorely disappointed.

If the retailer rejects a dispute, the placeholder credit will be removed. This is because the store has declined the dispute and is not providing payment. As cash back is the commission a store provides for qualifying transactions, if a store is not providing a commission, it is not possible to forward this on to the user in the form of cash back. For this customer’s dispute with [redacted] declined the inquiry and will not be providing payment. The customer was notified of the outcome.
