It seems that the commission may have been rejected because I contacted the merchant to effect a price match under ***' 110% Price GuaranteeWhen I did this, I did not know or believe that my cash back through the portal would be voidedThis is obvious as the cashback would have been $and the price adjustment due to the guarantee was only $BeFrugal never states that using a price match guarantee will void the cash backThis needs to be made explicitBecause it is not included in the terms and conditions on BeFrugal, I am still entitled to 15.5% cash back on the adjusted price: $13.00.Failure on the retailer's part to pay the commission to BeFrugal is not my concernBy clicking through BeFrugal, I have an agreement with BeFrugal to be paid the appropriate cash backIt is up to BeFrugal to collect what it is owed from the retailer

Downloading a new internet browser does absolutely nothing to resolve the issue at handThis tactic of avoiding the problem altogether and blaming it on outside factors without providing any proof to support your claims is TIRING and patheticI will continue to reject your "resolutions" until an actual resolution is offeredI have proof of contacting *** as well as photos and copies of my activity on BeFrugal to support my claim at all times, what proof can you show me that you DIDNT receive this commission or that another company did? Please don't send me another repetitive and useless response, as it's a waste of my time, and while yours may not be worth much (after all, it is only $44) mine is far more valuable.

Per the cash back terms of *** as listed in full on their BeFrugal page at the time of purchase, *** specifies that they will not provide cash back on the purchase of electronicsThese terms are set by the retailer and are not subject to review by any cash back portal, including

This seems to be the cookie cutter response that BeFrugal.com sends out when they don't want to pay their customersLooking through complaints on-line this looks to be the normI have dealt with two other similar sites with little to no problems and with BeFrugal if you have a cashback of more than a few dollars they will claim a "secret" code was used or they have no record that you used their site to make the purchaseI've had to jump through hoops to get some claims "investigated" just to get rejected with this lame response

[Like I said, BeFrugal wanted me to refer my friends and I did (they can check and see all of them have their own *** accounts where they purchased tabletsI also referred my wife (and I did not see anything that said that I should not refer my spouse) and I was upfront about it alsoIf they consider that I should not do that, that is fine (maybe they deduct the $for referring her)Everything was as per their terms and conditionsThe biggest scam is they do not have a number to call where we can talk through the account and I can provide them the names and *** accounts of the friends I referredI have given them my phone number and they can call to discuss, but just giving the standard "You violated our terms and conditions" is ridiculousI guess I am out my money and I referred them friends too - I guess I will have to make sure that neither me nor any of my friends and colleagues deal with this unscrupulous company.]
