This was for a semi annual system tune up that we have done end of the summer and end of the winter Scheduling was excellent, received a call the day before to confirm the time Tempo was at the house at the appointed time (time slots are hours apart not or so its easy to schedule the remainder of your day) Tempo gave me an assessment of our systems and reminded me to change the filters - we all forget on the attic units - and addressed any concerns I had with my systems

After having another company for many years, we started to feel like they were just showing up, looking around, and not really doing much of an inspection A neighbor recommended Tempo Air They found our year old dual thermostat dampener system had a burned out motor and parts were corroded Granted it was years old - not surprising - but in all the years before that, why didn't the original company find anything wrong? Yesterday we had a new dual system installed The lead installer (Brian) was very informative of every thing they were going to do, was polite and always asked if it was OK to.....(whatever the questions were) A crew was here for about hours Brian and crew put in a much more efficient system, explained about air flow and why some things were better done a certain way, etc We also have a much better air filtering system in place We were really impressed with their desire to be professional and we always willing to answer our questions and alleviate any worries we had

Both the dispatcher and the technician that arrived to help debug a new system in our new home were very professional and competent We appreciate their comprehensive assistance
Mike [redacted] provided his usual excellent service He brought Tony who is in training Tony was a very pleasant person and very lucky to have Mike as his mentor Service Techs like Mike are what make TEMPO an excellent company to deal with
Randy did an incredible job today - he found a couple of problems, explained them to us, and provided solutions His approach was attentive and most professional
