This was for a semi annual system tune up that we have done end of the summer and end of the winter. Scheduling was excellent, received a call the day before to confirm the time. Tempo was at the house at the appointed time (time slots are 2 hours apart not 4 or 6 so its easy to schedule the remainder of your day). Tempo gave me an assessment of our systems and reminded me to change the filters - we all forget on the attic units - and addressed any concerns I had with my systems.
Kendrick was a fantastic techie - thanks for coming and helping us understand and resolve ac issues - I would recommend him for others who want quality and care!
Office people were very good and field tech answered questions willingly. Never knew his name. He is going to order replacement humistat, one sitting uninstalled on the furnace was damaged, and then schedule an installation.

They did a thorough job and entertained my presence and questions throughout the process. (I had bad experience getting service earlier this summer but the caring attitude of Katrina and the good work by Kim restored some level of confidence from my part.).
