*** is very thorough in performing periodic maintenance From high & low pressure readings, voltage and current readings, he doesn't miss anything! He's genuinely interested and more than willing to listen and explain idiosyncrasies of my system, and particularly recommendations for the "perfect" filter to useRefreshingly, he listened to my feedback, acting upon it, and implementing solutions without delay; being thorough is for him; others don't do that!
I feel Mr*** ** typifies those qualities, which separate the spectator from the player The enthusiasm with which he approaches his trade speaks for itself Gathering from the attention he gives this and previous visits, perfection is standard for him His loyalty, devotion to duty, and integrity has earned him the admiration and respect of not only me, but my wife as well! Oh and as far as the dogs are concerned; they are always playfully wagging their tails as he goes between the thermostat, attic and the outside compressor unit; all they want is a gentle pet which he freely provides

I had a new AC & gas furnace installed The actually installation was excellent, as expected The installation team showed up on time and worked hard to finish in one day The system performs wonderfully, so far, two days after installation
My complaints mostly relate to their front-end promises vs delivery, administrative rules and pricing (1) Their proposal/bid only provided a bottom line total cost; therefore, I ask for a few more detail on the final invoice (just the AC, furnace & labor), which would allow me to evaluate the maon the equipment They emphatically refused to provide any details, telling me they were a "flat rate company" & "do more than sell parts" My suggestion is, if a contractor will not provide at least the cost details on the major equipment components, find another contractor (2) During my initial discussion with their Comfort Adviser, I was told a specific model thermostat would be installed But later I found that the model mentioned was not being installed, but a model that was much lessTo receive the one discussed would require an additional $ I was promised the installed thermostat would do "everything my yr old thermostat does" , but it did not.....the new one would not allow me to program individual days with a different schedule(3) I had a neighbor who wanted to pay me $for my old working but unreliable AC/furnace equipment and TEMPO "initially" refused to allow me to sell it to him I was told by a project supervisor that due to environmental regulation (all lines had been cut & Rcaptured) I could not sell the equipment to my neighbor; therefore, I contacted their office and was told they would check into it furtherUltimately I received permission to allow my neighbor to haul-off the old equipment
Great experience, far exceeded my expectations. Helpful and courteous from customer service to technician; could not be more pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
My minor plumbing problem was taken care of within two days of my initial call and it was described to me in a clear manner. The phone attendants were very pleasant and business like. No problems.
Tempo Mechanical has provided us with excellent service for many years. Their service people are well trained, polite, arrive on time and keep our air conditioning and heating in good operating condition.
