When our AC went out overnight, Tempo Air was able to get Jose M. out to our house, not just the same day, but that SAME MORNING. Turns out that recent electrical storms had caused a surge that shortened the life of a wire. He repaired it, checked everything in our system, and gave me tips to prolong the life of my units. This is an outstanding company, and Jose is one of the very best! Highly recommend Tempo Air.

Tempo was very responsive to my request for service. The people I dealt with (dispatcher and technician) were very professional and courteous. The tech was knowledgeable and took the time to determine what tools and equipment he might need for the repair before leaving his shop. Upon arrival he explained what he needed to do to give me an estimate of repair cost. Before beginning the work he reviewed the costs in detail and asked for my approval. The repair was made quickly and the system is now working properly. They give a year warranty on their work.

Excellent service. The plumber, Mike, arrived on time & made a thorough inspection of all plumbing in the house. He flushed the hot water heater & advised us of a few small issues with some of the bathroom faucet handles & how to correct them.
