The Tempo service team was very professional from the start. Charlotte was able to answer all my questions and schedule Joe to come out to service our furnace. We were not having any problems with it, but we just wanted it checked out. Joe kept us informed as to the efficiency of the unit and a detailed list of what he checked. We are very satisfied with this company, and plan to again use them in the spring to service our air conditioner.

Fast, thorough and professional, Paul checked out both units and reviewed his findings with us. It's a great comfort to have a quality company with highly trained techs looking after our heating and cooling needs.
After having another company for many years, we started to feel like they were just showing up, looking around, and not really doing much of an inspection. A neighbor recommended Tempo Air. They found our 25 year old dual thermostat dampener system had a burned out motor and parts were corroded. Granted it was 25 years old - not surprising - but in all the years before that, why didn't the original company find anything wrong? Yesterday we had a new dual system installed. The lead installer (Brian) was very informative of every thing they were going to do, was polite and always asked if it was OK to.....(whatever the questions were). A crew was here for about 10 hours. Brian and crew put in a much more efficient system, explained about air flow and why some things were better done a certain way, etc. We also have a much better air filtering system in place. We were really impressed with their desire to be professional and we always willing to answer our questions and alleviate any worries we had.
Tempo does a great job of maintaining my heating and air condition unit. Each season they do there annual tune-up for the season. Winter (heating unit) Summer (air condition unit).
Have had nothing but positive encounters with the various service men who work on the units.
I recommend tas an honest and trustworthy company that will not sell you what you don't need.
