Our year old a/c unit that we just had maintenance service on a week ago quit working last nightWe called in the AM, and were told they could get someone out today but didn't know what time - they would callThey called and *** showed up around noon timeHe diagnosed the problem, which had to do with a slow running/blocked drain, blew it out and got the a/c up and running againHe did not charge us for the service call since they were just here last week*** explained the problem clearly, showed us pictures of the valves and safety features involved, told us what to do to try to prevent it from happening again, and made us realize that the unit did what it was supposed to do when it sensed a drainage problemHe was polite, thorough and cleaned up after himself! Thank you *** and Tempo!!
The Tempo team did an excellent job in installing a 24VNAcarrier air conditioner and 58CVA furnaceThey also installed the Carrier infinity air purifier and put in a new air returnThe crew was very professional and installed all components for the agreed upon priceThe house and yard ares were kept clean and all old parts removedThe system was checked and we were given a hands on instruction on how to operate the new controllerWe (my wife and I) are very pleased with the installation and recommend Tempo to be considered when purchasing a new system or repair of an old one
