Paul did an excellent inspection and clearly explained his findings as well as the short and long term savings that I can have on gas and electricity consumption by maintaining and operating properly my house HVAC unit.

Great customer service from Charlotte ** and Katrina ** They were both extremely helpful and understanding of the situation. Both were very friendly and seemed to care about getting the issue resolved. The technicians were outstanding. Carlos F. came to the house ready to take care of the issue. He listened to our concerns and performed a detailed assessment. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue would be resolved and done correctly. Cesar ** and Willie ** also assisted with the repair, as this was a 2 day job. They arrived on time and began working on the repair immediately. All 3 technicians were so personable, continued to provide frequent updates on the progress and very efficient. It doesn't get any better. I thought good customer service was a thing of the past, but the employees with Tempo that are listed above have proven me wrong. Top notch employees....
Very professional group! Worked with [redacted], great guy to work with and will look forward to working with him to help with any other plumbing issues we might run into with our older house. Needed to replace the relay sewer line from the house to the city connection, everything was completed on time and all my questions answered. Will definitely use them again and will refer our friends to them as well.
He came to my home for a 6 month maintenance inspection. I raised a concern about some temp differences in one of the bedrooms, and he checked with an infrared thermometer.
Khuong determined that there was no issue with the system, but offered some great advice to solve the issue by installing new registers in the room. I did that the following day and it made a big difference!

When we bought a new home, Khuong D. helped us identify the problems in our system from the previous owners. We had one room that was always freezing, and he immediately identified that they had multiple filters in place that were impeding air flow. It fixed our freezing bedroom right up. Tempo is always thorough, honest, and polite. I have enjoyed getting to know my service techs over the years.
