Since the company replaced the delivery person, I have received the paper on a daily basis & in a timely fashion

After discussing the complaint over the phone with the customer, the Belleville News-Democrat cleared all balances on the customer's accounts and flagged the customer's account to avoid being contacted again by the News-Democrat The News-Democrat honors all requests by customers not to be contacted and apologizes for any accidental contacts

Mr*** I appoligize that you have experienced delivery issues of your newspaper The Manager has spoken to your carrier and was assured that your Sunday delivery will be corrected Manager tried to call this morning 11/14/and received a busy signal for over 1/hour I have extended your subscription months for your inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because:REF:complaint ID [redacted] : Nonsense why would I contact Belleville News-Democrat (BND) to stop papers when I was on vacation over Thanksgiving WHEN the subscription expired on 11/17/I NEVER automatically renew subscriptions period The only reason I called was to tell them I didn't want the papers thrown on my drivewayIf they think I'm going t pay them for a service that I did NOT order they have another think coming If they want to go to arbitration be advised I'll be on vacation the 1st weeks in February Sincerely, [redacted] ***
