This is my 2nd comkplaint to the Revdex.com , nothing was done the first timeApparantly delivering to Breese seems to be an issue as I cannot get my paper, and when I do, its the wrong paper or very lateI have called each time, the first lady is always very nice, I have also spoken to a manager who seemed to be concerned, I did get my paper two weeks in a row, and now he is not returning my phone call, so now I got another manager who doesnt seem to careHis attitude on the phone was he did not careThis is sadPOOR BUSINESS ETHICS This is now uttuerly riduclous someone has to have this many problemsThis business just does not care, and is very poorly managedI want my paper every week and on timehow hard is that? my money was deducted from my bank account asap

Ms [redacted] , Please accept our condolences in the loss of your mother I apologize for the confusion with the refund on your mothers account I have researched her account found the error and see that her account should have been paid until 9/24/ The newspaper was stopped on 08/16/leaving days left on the paid subscriptionI will be submitting a refund request for $for the remaining balance on the account I have attached documentation of the payment / paid through date and stop date on the account

Discussed the complaint over the phone with the customer on 12/2/ Account balance has been cleared and a refund is being processed for the amount of $

As per our phone conversation, we have agreed to clear all outstanding balance on the accounts

I have spoken to Ms [redacted] apologized for the lack of customer service and poor delivery service Her HNL subscription will be transferred back to mail delivery at no additional charge for the remainder of her subscription which expires 04/06/
