Telemarketing department was contacted to remove her phone number from all telemarketing lists and cease all calls.

on 08/16/17 leaving 39 days left on the paid subscription. I will be submitting a refund request for $15 for the remaining balance on the account.  I have attached documentation of the payment / paid through date and stop date on the account.

I am rejecting this response because:
Assuming the account has actually been cleared, I am satisfied with that. However the reason given makes absolutely no sense. Whoever wrote it didn't even carefully read the complaint. The account in question was created without any action from my father. The subscription was created and expired on the same day. No papers were ever delivered for the subscription. I will accept the response when BND accepts in writing full responsibility for creating the bogus subscription and provides some reasonable explaination.

Mrs. [redacted]'s requested refund of $104.00 was processed back to her credit card in two transactions one on 5/11/17 in the amount of $82.68 and the remainder of $21.32 refunded on 5/15/17 for a total of $104.00.
