on 08/16/17 leaving 39 days left on the paid subscription. I will be submitting a refund request for $15 for the remaining balance on the account.  I have attached documentation of the payment / paid through date and stop date on the account.

I am rejecting this response because:
Assuming the account has actually been cleared, I am satisfied with that. However the reason given makes absolutely no sense. Whoever wrote it didn't even carefully read the complaint. The account in question was created without any action from my father. The subscription was created and expired on the same day. No papers were ever delivered for the subscription. I will accept the response when BND accepts in writing full responsibility for creating the bogus subscription and provides some reasonable explaination.

The complaint #[redacted] dealing  with the Belleville News-Democrat has been successfully completed. There has been no Sunday paper deliveries in the last three weeks. Considered the complaint has been remedied. Thank you.

stating that my mom's subscription end date was moved to 12/8/due to the
medical hold placed on her account in Apr/May when she fell and broke ribs
and was in the hospital and rehabilitation:
