We have been working with our new independent contractor in Breese to improve our delivery times.  The customer's account has been credited for 1 year of Sunday delivery as requested. And we will continue to work with our carrier to correct.

The customer's account has been cleared at this address and the phone number has been placed on our Do Not Call list.  The News-Democrat does not report anything to credit bureaus.  If there's ever another question, please contact [redacted].

Ms. [redacted],  your account has been cancelled and you have a zero balance with News-Democrat for both your News-Democrat and Highland News-Leader subscriptions.

The customer's old account was cleared due to customer's dissatisfaction with the delivery service. Customer was offered 2 months free delivery to try it again. Customer accepted the offer and is currently receiving.

This is my 2nd comkplaint to the Revdex.com , nothing was done the first time. Apparantly delivering to Breese seems to be an issue as I cannot get my paper, and when I do, its the wrong paper or very late. I have called each time, the first lady is always very nice, I have also spoken to a manager who...

seemed to be concerned, I did get my paper two weeks in a row, and now he is not returning my phone call, so now I got another manager who doesnt seem to care. His attitude on the phone was he did not care. This is sad. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS This is now uttuerly riduclous someone has to have this many problems. This business just does not care, and is very poorly managed. I want my paper every week and on time. how hard is that? my money was deducted from my bank account asap.

Discussed the complaint over the phone with the customer on 12/2/16.  Account balance has been cleared and a refund is being processed for the amount of $40.23.

Spoke with customer on January 11, 2016 by phone. Apologized for the delivery issues and informed him of his refund amount of $28.93. The refund was processed 1/11/16 ack to the customer credit card.

As per our phone conversation, we have agreed to clear all outstanding balance on the accounts.

Response attached showing Mr. [redacted] did automatically renew his subscription annually the past 3 years.

Ms. [redacted]'s account has been cancelled and the balance due cleared from the account.  Any collection efforts will cease.
