I did receive a call from *** at the Belleville news-democrat last week after I made this complaintHowever as of this morning I called *** *** *** and I am still on the books for owing money thereI also received a paper over the weekend when he specifically said he would call the
Carrier and get that stoppedSo obviously nothing has changedI just wanted to update my file with this new information

They did contact me to let me know they are cancelling my service as requestedI see here they mention a refundThey did not mention a refund to me in their email to meThey still owe me a refund from where they took out of my account two times @ for the hard copy of the Belleville News Democrat They told me at that time they would refund that...never saw it

The BND contacted me today to resolve my delivery issueThe gentleman who contacted me was very polite and understandingThe resolution offered was generous and I appreciate that the BND contacted me to rectify the problem

Ms***, Did not initially request any sort refund in her original complaint. Once her payment posts she paid the collection agency we will issue a refund of the $

Ms*** will be refunded the remaining $due to her The Group Director of Telemarketing was notified on 08/25, she will be contacting Telemarketing contractors to ensure all calls will stop

The customer's account has been ceared and currently owes no balance to the News-Democrat Their phone number has also been flagged as Do Not Call as per the customer's request.Although the News-Democrat does use a third party collection company, it does not send any reports to any credit
bureaus
