I was contacted by the business and was informed that it was unknown how my account had been reactivated and charged for unwanted servicesI was also told by the business that I would be added to the "Do Not Call List" and would no longer be solicited for serviceBoth of which, I was very grateful forUnfortunately, the response by the business to stop soliciting me for service has not been fulfilledAttached, is a call log of 5/31/- 6/1/I was contacted three times in a 24-hour period by a representative of the Belleville News Democrat from the number *** for solicitation of their serviceThe representative stated that I recently discontinued service due to high cost and offered me a lowered rate subscription, in which I did not acceptI would sincerely like for the business to discontinue this solicitation process
