I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIn reference to the statement that the date of my mother's account could not be extended to 12/8/17, please ask BND to review their email records from Wednesday, July 19, at 3:pm. signed by *** ***. They will find the date of 12/8/17, as stated by her. In addition, my mother went into the hospital on 4/7/2017. I made the first attempt to place the medical hold within a couple days; however, the paper kept coming. I had to continually call/email for approximately two weeks before the hold finally went into effect.Also, please indicate what recourse I have if I do not receive the stated check in the amount of $within the day time limit that they state. I have been told since August of that a check was forthcoming.

After speaking with the customer, the News-Democrat will correct the delivery issues immediately Also, the customer's account has been credited for the three months for the missed deliveries

The customer's account has been cleared and does not currently owe a balance to the News-Democrat. Our carrier has been notified to stop delivery. The customer was notified by phone on 2/12/16.

Customer's account was stopped and all of the outstanding balance on the account was written off on August 20, 2015. Our collection company has been made aware that this balance is in error and has been cleared.

Ms. [redacted] , In reviewing your mothers account closer,  I do not see where your mothers paper was stopped for a month in April 2017 - May 2017.  Our records indicate 2 weeks from 4/22/17 - 5/5/17. (See attached document), A 2 week stop would not extend the subscription until from September to  December. We will honor your request in your initial complaint of a $30 refund. Our corporate office be refunding by check, you should receive within 15 business days.

After discussing the complaint over the phone with the customer, the News-Democrat will continue to look into the issue of her paper being restarted and the sales person has been disciplined.  The News-Democrat honors any and all customer requests to be on our Do Not Call list and sincerely...

apologizes for any unwanted calls.  All telemarketing vendors have been notified to discontinue calling the customer's number and the customer's account has once again been flagged as 'no solicit'.

Mr. [redacted]  I appoligize that you have experienced delivery issues of your newspaper.  The Manager has spoken to your carrier and was assured that your Sunday delivery will be corrected.  Manager tried to call this morning 11/14/17 and received a busy signal for over 1/2 hour. ...

Customer's account currently has a zero balance with the News-Democrat.  We have tried numerous times to contact the consumer to discuss and apologize for the confusion.  We also would like to offer the customer 6 months free delivery for all the problems that they have experienced....

 Please call [redacted] to restart or discuss further.

The customer's account has been clear and currently does not owe the News-Democrat a balance.  The collection contractor has been notified and I have discussed the complaint with the customer to make sure this satisfies the complaint.  Customer was also offered a six month complimentary...

Customer's account was cleared after her call to our office.  Her account reflects a zero balance as of 5/24/16.
