Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because :I do not believe they are trustworthy even though they have made a refund finally after many calls I was lied to on three other occasions I do not want to continue to do business with them I don't want them to receive any more funds from me Sincerely, [redacted]

The company is prepared to replace any inoperable sensors, and honor the new agreementThe customer wants all sensors in the home replaced, inoperable or not, which the company will not doIf the customer does not wish to have only the inoperable sensors replaced, the company maintains its position of pursuing the original contract

I will get a service date good for both Client and technician, and account was credited for Clients down time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a [redacted] Report when [redacted] said there was something there There was nothing and I discussed the report with a rep at [redacted] and was directed back to [redacted] which I rec'd not help from My credit score continue to decline I went on [redacted] and there is was I had been check with them also It just popped up out of the blue I did fax Doug H [redacted] a copy of that report I do not feel I should pay for another report I did make a complaint with [redacted] *** [redacted] did say it was listed so I filed the complaint I also sent Doug H [redacted] at Safe Home Security the two letters that reps (their pre legal) dept at Safe Home sent me the last two time it popped up on my credit report The account was closed 10/7/ Paid in fullThe contract was paid in full to cancel early They are right it is an old account and no reason for this, but it has popped up twice Once in and now in I do not understand either Please have them remove it off my report It should not be at my expense to correct their mistake I have already put a lot of time in this The stress it caused me in was terrible and I thought the issue was closed to be dealing with the same company and the same problem again I need this resolved this timeI need Safe Home to just delete the account and all my information out of their system to avoid going thru this again and again I am at work now and do not have the letters that I sent Doug H [redacted] but if they are needed I can send tomorrowPlease let me know Thanks for your help Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I want to make clear the conditions I agreed to accept to drop the complaint; which have yet to be satisfied, thus I wish to keep the complaint open until the following conditions are met: 1) that Safe Home correct the erroneous information reported to the credit bureaus that shows I owe safe home over $and that there is a history of late payments they have reported for over a year2) that Safe Home cease to claim that they have a valid contract with me for any good or service since they breached any contract with me when they failed to maintain the system as promised or provide any service since the system failed If these conditions are met I will drop this complaint and would be willing to discuss a new relationship with safe home under new conditions such as safe home repairing my system at no charge and free monitoring for six months in exchange for my entering into a new monitoring agreement Sincerely, [redacted]
