I received a credit for $after speaking with a U-Haul representativeI still have not received a refund for the mileage discrepancyI was also not made aware of the $guarantee until having to resort to Revdex.com and other third party rating sitesHad this been offered at the point of sale, this entire complaint would have been resolved onsite and the mileage error would have been easily corrected.***

It is very clear that the Citrus Park U-Haul location does not take customer satisfaction seriously and does not appreciate it's customers On Friday, February 17, at 1:PM, I returned a call to Patrick W [redacted] regarding the complaint I informed him that I was not pleased with the service received at his business and the lack of follow up At no time did Mrw [redacted] apologize or ask for any details He only asked me if I received a refund He then informed me that he would investigate the matter and call me when he returned from Texas on Thursday, February 23, MrW [redacted] has not returned my call and frankly, I am pleased that he does notIt is clear that my business is not appreciated and his level of customer service doesn't meet my expectationThis matter is now closed There will be no further contact between the business and myself and my online ratings will now reflect the poor business service of the Citrus Park U-Haul and its owner

Dear MsN***,Thank you for your responseI apologize but I must reject your response to my complaint for the following reasons.First, I had no reason to take my car to a Uhaul dealer for an intermittently working brake light and blinkerThere was no reason for me assume the malfunctioning brake light and blinker light had anything to do with the improper trailer hitch wiring by Uhaul until a mechanic diagnosed thisOnce he did, I immediately brought this to Uhaul's attention.Second, I am unsure as to which 'box' you are referring to, and kindly request that you explain furtherThe receipt I have asked Uhaul to reimburse is for the mechanic's labor for disassembling the wiring assembly to the hitch so that my brake light and blinker light would function properly so I would not get pulled over and ticketedAt present, the wiring to the hitch originally installed by Uhaul is dangling from my vehicle and not attached to anythingI apologize for not being more clear in my initial letter to your companyI would really appreciate it if Uhaul would kindly reimburse me for the mechanics labor @ $for diagnosing and disassembling the faulty wiring so that my brake and blinker would work properly, and I would like Uhaul to properly assemble the wiring to the hitch so that when I attach a trailer to my vehicle again, I have a properly functioning assembly that does not affect my brake and blinker lightsPlease reach out to me with further questionsI have provided the mechanic receipt for $115, and I would like to schedule a visit to Uhaul closest to my home in San Mateo county, CaliforniaThank you MsN***Kindest Regards,***
