The refund of $referenced by the U-Haul representative was to reimburse me for the moving services I had booked that were never providedDue to the business's failure to deliver on the guaranteed reservation that I had made, they stated that I would be compensated via a reduction in the rental cost for the additional expenses that I incurredThe representative I spoke with assured me that if I booked the movers last minute, I would receive a refund in the amount of $Their failure to deliver on the service that I booked placed me in an extremely difficult situation that required me to scramble in order to make last minute arrangements, and these arrangements were made because of the refund of $that I was guaranteedThe fact that they are now stating that there was no note about this conversation goes to show the utter disorganization and lack of regard for their customers that I experienced firsthand in using their services alreadyThe refund of $needs to be issued as I was promised

We were not able to reschedule as the vehicle the hitch was to be installed in was leaving for Georgia the next morning.They did very little to try and correct the installation at the time considering they were advised earlier of our arrival time for the install.The stress on my family caused by their actions is worth way more than $20.I still think that U-Haul should furish the hitcg/wiring harness and I will pay for installation at a facility in Georgia.THEIR RESPONSE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH A LARGE BUSINESS.I will rent elseware in the future
