I thank MsS [redacted] for reaching out to me As I stated, the issue is the unprofessional installation job that was done I declined any VIP monetary gift because that was not my concern My concern was the installation job on my new Volvo I informed MsS [redacted] that ultimately, it will come down to when I put on my bike rack to know if the job was satisfactory As you can see in the pictures attached, the job was not Javier, the installer did mention that he could not get to all the heat shield and trim according to MFG instructions I have had experience in the past with not following MFG installation instructions The warranty is not valid if installed incorrectly The product will not be safe to the consumer, and/or people around the product will look Horrible, which it doesPlease see attached pictures that show the bike rack on, and it is tilted to the right This is because the heat shield was not trimmed properly, and "overlaying" the hitch onto the shield should not be doneI would like full installation reimbursement at a real professional installer In addition, I would like a reimbursement for a new Curt Hitch, as I think the first installer (Tony) damaged and bent the hitch out of shape when he "forced" the bolts and tightened without using required spacers***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfied.;however valid the charges may have been, it is the unethical customer service that the dealer [redacted] showedThat should be Uhauls concern as this dealer represents Uhaul tooI appreciate MrBaldwin returning my phone callI hope corporate is able to address the customer service issues that not only I have experienced but other customers who have reviewed [redacted] on the Uhaul website Regards, [redacted]

Nowhere in the reservation process nor emails did it state that I was required to pick up my trailer for at a specified time or risk having it cancelledPlease find attached emails I received: 1) Reservation Confirmation email 2/15/– day reservation madeThis only gives me a deadline of 2/28/to change/cancel reservationThis implicitly states that if I did not make such changes or cancellation as instructed by said date, then I am keeping my reservation2) Reservation Guarantee email 3/1/- day of pickupThis email, which MsP [redacted] referred to, merely stated that the trailer was guaranteed to be available at 11AM Nowhere did it state that if I didn't show up at 11AM then my reservation would be canceled or that I must call to confirmU-Haul had my credit card on file to hold me accountable to charges incurred if I did not cancel the day before my pick-up, per email #1, similar as a hotel would do if I had a reservation with themDifference is if I had a hotel reservation and room was available at 11AM, they wouldn’t cancel if I didn't show up right at 11AM, at least without informing me that was part of their policy at time of reservationI didn't receive a text, as MsPclaimedI received a voicemail when it was too late, which imposed upon me a new time constraint that was never communicated to me until the final hour and was only given a 53-minute window to actAgain, nowhere up until now was I informed this was part of policy I called the store manager who wouldn’t meet with me on that day; left a VM; no call returnedI called Customer Service called timesI was assured someone would call me within 2-business daysNo called returned after waiting twiceThird call I reached Grace after stating it was my final attemptShe failed to resolve the issue; offered to send the $check for the cancellation fee, but this was not a resolution to the larger loss that I incurred during this frustrating process

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The discrepancy remained within the logging of the mileage, and the handling thereafter of this complaint The company charged the credit card on file which was solely used as a reservation tool I had made it clear to the company that I was not in a position to pay them for services until we had reached a resolution The Manager did a poor job of returning several calls He had given a commitment to review the contract which he did not follow through with In that time the credit card was charged, event though there remained a discrepancy in regards to the bill The conduct of the business has been extremely unprofessional and inefficient I am open to being contacted via telephone to discuss this further At present time I consider this issue unresolved and am very dissatisfied with the customer service received from UHaul Regards, [redacted] ***

I sent an email to the storeas asked with my hotel receipt and my rental receiptI did receive reimbursement for rental but want to be sure a check will be sent for my hotel stay as stated by the store Manager

Noone from the Uhaul office has called me or left any voicemailsIm not sure what number he or she is calling but I will leave my number so he or she can really call meMy number is [redacted] I will also be filing a complaint with my bank as fraud and have that money refunded
