Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I was not given a choice of any package when I put in my credit card number As soon as my card was entered it automatically took every dime I had on my card, which was $ I had not planned to spend that much All over the website you have 'Penny Auction', and it shows people bidding at one penny per bid This was extremely misleading I thought if I used $of my money to bid at a penny each I wouldn't lose too much Unfortunately, that isn't the way you work You charge cents per bid even though it shows I only bid one penny at a time This is very similar to a 'bait and switch' scheme You should be up front with all requirements prior to taking our money Sincerely, [redacted]
