I am rejecting this response because:Their response makes it clear they either did not read the original support issue or they are lying to quickly resolve this issueThe company did finally respond to the support ticket and release my funds to me, probably because I filed this complaint, but their response is a flat out lieI did not put in the incorrect address, I sent them proof that the funds were sent from my wallet address to the correct wallet addressThese addresses can be seen by anyone on the Stellar blockchain and the Bittrex address was correctIt is their lack of customer service that turned what could have been a quick fix to one that took over a month and cost me a lot of money due to market fluctuationsHad I not sent this Revdex.com complaint who knows if they would have addressed the issue at allThey should have just apologized for THEIR mistake instead of blaming the customerA double fail when it comes to their customer service

I also have provided a link to a conversation where another user had run across the same exact issue and was told the same lie. The issue was later resolved and the funds were returned.
