Many thanks for their response.I am by this message suggesting the following.Bittrex should please kindly consider crediting my account with just a token BTC for all the stress caused meIt is just a little gesture to placate me for all that they have put me through for over six weeksI have wasted so much time and effort sending them countless messagesIn that time, the value of my coins have significantly fallen and also the price has greatly reducedI am in a worse state because of how I have been treated by their customer service agents. I believe Bittrex should consider offering me this credit if they are committed to getting things right. Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:So why Bittrex had confirmed my identity at the first place, I had no idea they're going to suspend my account in the futureAs I said before I am an individual from Iran and I am not involved in any outlaw organizationMy funds are stuck in bittrex and they should at least try to verify my identityI have family members inside the US if it could help my situation.

I am rejecting this response because: The initial requests for support were given enough time to be addressedBecause the company failed consistently to
respond to simple support requests, I escalated the requests in the hopes of a resolutionAt no point did a support member respond, but instead my support requests were met with automated, robotic responses that did not address or solve my inability to withdraw fundsThe original request was simply to change email address but at no time did Bitttrex address this problemTo this day my funds are still with Bittrex with no response on how to address the problemRepeated requests is not harassment, it simply demonstrate the level of frustration at having funds inaccessible to the ownerIt is irrelevant how many requests or their perceived toneThey continue to fail to give me access to my fundsIn fact, submitting repeated emails under different issue category revealed that all responses are automated, and there is no customer support that actually addresses what appears to be a simple issueI have copies of all emails, and although some convey frustration, they are NOT harassing in natureEven if they were, the responsibility still lies with Bittrex to allow withdrawal of funds to the customerI have copies of all emaislIn addition, I do not even understand what 'spamming' entails
