I am rejecting this response because:The Bittrex website had a flaw which would input the wrong address to send the digital currencyIt would display the address of the last digital token address a user viewed rather than the new addressThis problem did not affect their system 100% of the time as it appeared to be randomHowever, the address that the digital token (Bitcoin) was sent to was a (***) address*** addresses are capable of holding both Bitcoin and ***Retrieving my bitcoin would have taken no longer than it takes to produce a cup of coffee from a Keurig machineThere are no specialized technical skills needed to do thisIf this were another digital currency being sent to *** address then yes, it would be highly difficult to retrieveThis is NOT the case here. Unfortunately, Bittrex does not respond to it's customers in a timely manner nor did they respond to me when I informed them the Bitcoin is retrievableCompounding their failure to respond to me for months until this complaint was opened with the Revdex.com, they have removed *** from their exchangeShould they have still have their *** address an ordinary layman will be able to view and send/transfer my bitcoin to Bitcoin address they have on file for me or a bitcoin address of my choosing.

The individual’s complaint is based on an error the individual made that is out of the control of BittrexThe user keeps claiming it was Bittrex's fault, which is falseBittrex has never displayed any address other then the correct one to any userIn an attempt to deposit digital tokens with Bittrex, the individual sent their tokens to the wrong address. More specifically, they sent the digital token that they intended to deposit with Bittrex to an address for another digital token. Because Bittrex is a company that is on the cutting edge of blockchain technology, it has the capability and technical skill, in certain cases, to recover the digital tokens that were sent to the wrong address. But, this process is dangerous as it potentially puts Bittrex in a situation where it could inadvertently lose funds. As such, Bittrex currently only has one individual on staff who would provide this service at all. And, even in that case, it takes the individual a significant amount of time to complete the process correctly. This is simply not a service that Bittrex offers to all of its customers because of the complexity, cost, time, and risk. While we sympathize with the individual who cannot recover funds, Bittrex cannot help every individual that makes an error

Everything is correct with the transaction, but the funds of this transaction has never been credited to my Account Balance (Bittrex wallet).Please find attached screen prints with the blockchain confirmation of the transaction
