anti-money laundering laws and regulations, and also takes steps to prevent fraud against our customersWhile we have tried to make Bittrex's government-mandated identity verification processes as straightforward as possible, sometimes the photograph does not match, or the name and/or address does not match the information we have on the accountThose issues had to be resolved before we could allow any activity to occurWe sincerely apologize for the delay in getting this done, but unprecedented interest in Bittrex, combined with some technical issues, slowed our responseHowever, we have been working overtime to develop some technical fixes, hire more support staff to handle the problems, and work to prevent this situation from ever happening in the futureWe understand how frustrating it was for our customer to be in that positionWe have notified the customer that he is free to use his or her accountWe appreciate the Revdex.com’s interest in this matterWe consider this complaint resolved, and would ask you to close this matter as well
