Thank you for forwarding the concerns from one of our customers about BittrexUnfortunately, we are unable to resolve this complaint because our customer has not submitted proper identity documents to usBittrex is registered as a Money Services Business under the Bank Secrecy Act, which means that it must comply with the Act’s implemented regulations; C.F.RChapter XBittrex takes it obligations to prevent its services from being used to launder money, support terrorism, or commit fraud seriouslyThis has required a customer identification process in which each customer must submit a photograph of a government-issued identification, phone number, photograph (which is digitally compared to the photo contained within the identification)To date, the customer has not submitted the required identification, so we are required by law to suspend the account until such time as we are able to establish his identityOnce the customer is able to submit the required identification, then we will lift the freeze and allow him to conduct activityWe appreciate the Revdex.com’s interest in this matterBecause this matter is out of Bittrex’s control to resolve, and the customer can reactivate his account by complying with the required procedures, we would ask you to close this matter as well

I am rejecting this response because: Their response is simply not trueThe nice thing about the Bitshares Exchange is that it is run on a blockchain and that it is completely open sourceAny one can see their account Bittrex-depost and see that my OPEN-STEEM is in their accountYou can also see funds moving into and out of their account almost constantly which proves that they do have access to their account and my funds. There is no reason that they can not return my OPEN-STEEM
