I am rejecting this response because: we have waited since 6 November for a process that reportedly only takes up to 9 days. We have suffered significant financial losses and regret that we can no longer be patient. Please open the account for a short period so we can withdraw our funds if versification is not possible at this time. Please respond with a timeframe by which this can be made possible. We have evidence to support that other accounts that have requested verification after us have been active for weeks. We await a reasonable explanation as to why our account is so delayed and a time period for us to simply withdraw our funds from the exchange. We were looking forward to working with what we saw as a very promising exchange but have been regretfully disappointed.

I am rejecting this response because:1- I am resident of Malaysia. (documents in the attachment)2- Based on section 16 of Bittrex terms and conditions, they should refund the balance in case of termination of service.

I am rejecting this response because: I concede that I committed the error. However I did not send it to the wrong address. I sent it to my Bittrex wallet address. I simply did not include a memo. You even admit you can help me. I'm not asking for a quick solution. I'm simply asking for communication through my support ticket and an eventual recovery of my funds. You have ignored me for over a month now. If you can take care of my problem, this can be resolved. You have thousands of support tickets, and I understand that this may take. But I have a problem that needs resolving and a lot of money that you can help me recover in a reasonable timeframe.

I am rejecting this response because:The funds weren't deposited to the wrong address. They were deposited to the correct address, but a memo had been forgotten to be included. I find it despicable that a billion dollar business on the cutting edge of technology would deflect a customer complaint with a blatant lie like this. What's even more unfortunate is that a billion dollar business would only have one individual on staff to assist customers in this area.  Please deposit my stellar lumens in my wallet.

I am rejecting this response because:I didn't send the funds to any wrong address. It is to the right address. However, because Bittrex uses special memo ID to deposit funds in particular wallet, my funds are sitting within Bittrex exchange and not in the wallet. I just want Bittrex to manually deposit my funds again. Attached arethe proof that my transactions were completed successfully and now bittrex is just holding funds in their exchange. I just want them to have the funds in the address I deposited in. The address that I deposited funds in - [redacted]Please manually deposit the tokens I transferred to the above address. Bittrex has no rights to keep holding my funds for no reason. Its been more than 2 months.
