To whom it may concern, I have communicated with [redacted] and explained in depth that he was given incorrect information and I can not issue him a refund for VIP registrations We do have a referral program that can be used when you register however it is not applicable if not used correctlyA participant has the option to send a friend their referral link to register through, once they have friends sign up they are issued a $credit This can only be redeemed one time per referral link [redacted] could not receive credits event if he would have used the promotionI did apologize for not having the correct size t-shirts and if provided an address, I will have our fulfillment center send size medium shirts to himI will also still honor the future registrations if he would like to accept the offer.Ryan

I arrived at the event on 9/10/at 4:to pick up my thingsWhen it started to storm we ran to our car and waitedMe and my partner waited all summer for this and paid over $on planning and driving minutes to get there on timeOnce the ran let up we went back to the tube blow up area and it started to rain again and we were sent back to our carsSo then we went to grab a bite of food and came back and the parking attendants told us that the slide was canceled because heavy thunder was comingSo I parked any ways and went to ask someone else from one of the stands and she told us that the slide was canceledTheir were lots of people leaving saying they heard the same thing we assumed she was telling the truthWe even asked a staff member who was coming back into the event and she said the samethingThen this morning I looked in instagram and you guys had started the slide late after the rainNow I had no care about getting wet from alittle rain shower but being lied to is anotherI understand the no refund policy but come on we waited it out until o'clock when your staff said the event was canceled when really it wasn't

To whom it may concern, All participants were notified of the date change with the following message: "As you may have heard, Irvine Meadows Amphitheater is being demolished Due to this, our event is moving up from November 5, to Sunday, October 23, 2016! We apologize for the delayed announcement but we had to secure all logistics first" The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event We will make an exception and hold the registrations for a future event that this particular participant can attendRyan

I wanted to write to let you know how incredibly disappointed I was to attend your event on 8/at the Washington State Fair groundsI wasn't even that upset when the date changed from June to AugustAlthough the original friend was unable to come with me, we were able to get the ticket transferred I was disappointed, that this was marketed as a Blacklight slide.This was far from a blacklight eventIt was from 6-10pm, in the daylight! The towel you get with the event, well that was a jokeI might have been able to wipe off one of my butt cheeks with itThen the locationThis was in a parking lotSo I paid $to wait mins to go down an inflatable slide, in a parking lot, during the day Incredibly disappointed

I bought tickets for my family to do the Blacklight Slide in "Seattle" (actually Puyallup)High pressure to buy the tickets asap since the "presale" price would go up from 25$ to or 50$ per ticketThey said no refunds, so make sure there was no date conflict or something similarI didn't realize they'd cancell days before the event with no explanation given and reschedule it for months later - still refusing to issue refunds for the people that can't attend the rescheduled dateI contacted them twice, and then wrote to the Attorney GeneralFinally I was grudgingly given a refundI felt cheatedI'd have loved to do the slide, we were looking forward to it for months, but it's more of a scam than anything

I received terrible service from this company and couldn't care less for the Tshirts after the raceThe fact is that of our employees had to waste time in line and of them for nothingAs I stated in my previous communications with this company I spent $2.8k signing up our employees to the raceThe referral program issue is one of many we ran into with themThis company clearly does not value our business and is perfectly happy providing a mediocre half delivered productThey're not willing to give us a fair refund and I just want it stated on the record to warn future costumers to avoid any FOAM GLOW races prodeced by this company

I am never going to an event put on by this company againI participated in the blacklight run in Tampa, FL at the FL state fairgroundsLast night (6/27/15) was so disorganized and so over sold 15,people and that's not including the ones who joined that dayIt was my first 5K so being excited about it we got there early enough to miss the lines trying to get in (I had a friend that sat in line for hours trying to park) but we didn't get much color powder on us once the race started We were the 5th or 6th group to go through and by the time we got to the areas they throw powder on you they were out (if we wanted colored powder on us we had to pick it up off the ground and throw it at each other)You didn't see any volunteers on the course helping outA few black light spots didn't even work The pot holes were horrible (I walked it and even had problems with them)The paths were hard to see and once you started runners and walkers were mixed together so bad that people were tripping over each other or running in to each otherSomeone is going to wind up getting hurt on one of their runs I expressed my concern on their facebook page and they deleted my statement about last nightBlacklight run deleted anything negative on their page and then blocked the people from commenting Foam glow is also put on by this company and I was going to go to it but after last night I have decided not toYou would think with the amount of money they made off of the event last night they would have been a little more organized

To whom it may concern, I spoke with Brian yesterday and made attempts to address his concerns about the eventWe do host a family friendly event and did not hear any other complaints of nudityThe address of the event has been listed on the website since it was posted and Brian was aware of the location at the time of registration therefor seeing as he knew where the slide was taking place if he thought it was not the best area for his family, he did not have to registerThe event did have a rain delay and our Crew and the local authorities did a great job of communicating what was happeningThe event reopened and was even permitted to stay open past the cutoff time so the participants could enjoy the slidesThere was not a lack of security at this venueI have confirmed with all Crew members that not one of them told any participant that they would be receiving a refund as it is our policyWe do not control the weather and we did follow through with our end by hosting the event, unfortunately you can not receive a refund due to matter of opinion Brian did agree to the waiver and the no refunds policy at the time of registration there for we will not be issuing a refund for his registrations He did also state during our conversation that his kids were sliding which means they did participate and were hopefully able to at least have some fun If needed, I can send over the signed agreements from Brian's registration.Ryan

To whom it may concern, I spoke with [redacted] many times explaining our policies It is stated in the waiver that he signed that our event is not refundable(Please see below attachment) This participant did not contact our staff until over a month after the event had taken place requesting a refund It is stated on our FAQ page that if you cannot attend or need a transfer, you must contact our email service prior to the event taking placeServices were rendered for this event to all 9,participants that registered Unfortunately, there is no further option to provide at this point.Ryan

I registered & attempted to run the black light run in Tampa on Saturday, June 27thI was extremely disappointed with the organization of the eventI emailed them the following day with my complaints & have not heard back yet These are my complaints: There was an email sent out to arrive earlyThe earliest we could leave was 7pm, which is not an unrealistic expectation, being that should give us hours to get to The fairgrounds that is typically a minute driveHowever due to obscene number of people (I believe the race announcer said 15,people) & with only one entrance into the fairgrounds & no police to direct traffic, it took us 1/hours to travel mileWhen we finally parkedThere was No direction from any crew where anything was- the entrance to the event, where the glow powder packs were or the starting line up wasAlso there was no enforcement of bibs to runI could've just paid the $for parking & ran without registering like hundreds of other peopleThere were Way too many people there for such a small runWe were unable to actually run because of the number of people & the terrible course- not enough width for that many people, potholes, mudpuddles, trash on the ground, drunks, etcEven if there was a small bit of space to run, I would've advised against it because of the uneven groundSomeone could get majorly hurtBy the time we got to the last powder station, they were out of powder & we were in the 5th wave of people to runThere was one food vendor & approximately portable bathrooms.Shirt was cheap & a waste of $
