Unfortunately, this is not acceptable and despite any FAQ/terms set forth, the paid service was not delivered and a refund is a reasonable request.
Should I not receive a refund by the end of this complaint timeframe, I will submit a complaint to the attorney general's office where legal precedent will decide in my favor thanks to consumer protection laws.
Please let me know what information you need to process the refund.
To whom it may concern,
We did read the complaint and also reviewed the previous email communications where the participant did accept the transfer to the Tampa event. If she can not use the registrations, she can transfer them to new participants. If you go onto our Facebook event page, there may be people looking to purchase the registrations. It's a very easy process and we are happy to assist.
Good Morning,Sorry for any confusion. Because Active is no longer our registration company we will be sending you a paper check in the mail. We had to send you to Active to request your refund so that we had documentation. You will receive your refund in the mail within 5-7...

We have had no email communication from [redacted] Wise in any of our email services. I would be happy to assist her if she would email us at [redacted]
I arrived at the event on 9/10/16 at 4:15 to pick up my things. When it started to storm we ran to our car and waited. Me and my partner waited all summer for this and paid over $200 on planning and driving 45 minutes to get there on time. Once the ran let up we went back to the tube blow up area and it started to rain again and we were sent back to our cars. So then we went to grab a bite of food and came back and the parking attendants told us that the slide was canceled because heavy thunder was coming. So I parked any ways and went to ask someone else from one of the stands and she told us that the slide was canceled. Their were lots of people leaving saying they heard the same thing we assumed she was telling the truth. We even asked a staff member who was coming back into the event and she said the samething. Then this morning I looked in instagram and you guys had started the slide late after the rain. Now I had no care about getting wet from alittle rain shower but being lied to is another. I understand the no refund policy but come on we waited it out until 8 o'clock when your staff said the event was canceled when really it wasn't.
This was not a FOAM run. This was a BUBBLE run to which 2 of the four machines on the WHOLE course was not working, the staff was VERY unfriendly, products were sold OUT before 6pm, the course was HORRIBLE and MANY people fell and we're injured, it was NOT AT ALL stroller friendly to which I almost dumped my son out face first on the ground hitting a protruding piece of concrete followed by a horrible pot hole. There was nothing GLOWING about it. Very very very disappointing especially when that is how I tried to celebrate my sons 12th birthday and MANY of my family members paid to do this as well and we all live at least 3 hours away!
Unfortunately, it appears that we could not come to an agreement with [redacted]. Even after offering to rectify the situation, he did not wish to accept our offer.

Horrible organization. Held an event in Vegas last weekend that when we received national warnings to avoid traveling they continued and refuse to provide refunds
Hi [redacted],
While we did email you all the event information on both 6-27-2016 and 7-14-2016 at this time I will make an exception and refund your registrations minus the processing fee. Have a good day.

To whom it may concern,
I spoke with Brian yesterday and made attempts to address his concerns about the event. We do host a family friendly event and did not hear any other complaints of nudity. The address of the event has been listed on the website since it was posted and Brian was aware...
of the location at the time of registration therefor seeing as he knew where the slide was taking place if he thought it was not the best area for his family, he did not have to register. The event did have a rain delay and our Crew and the local authorities did a great job of communicating what was happening. The event reopened and was even permitted to stay open past the cutoff time so the participants could enjoy the slides. There was not a lack of security at this venue. I have confirmed with all Crew members that not one of them told any participant that they would be receiving a refund as it is our policy. We do not control the weather and we did follow through with our end by hosting the event, unfortunately you can not receive a refund due to matter of opinion. Brian did agree to the waiver and the no refunds policy at the time of registration there for we will not be issuing a refund for his registrations. He did also state during our conversation that his kids were sliding which means they did participate and were hopefully able to at least have some fun. If needed, I can send over the signed agreements from Brian's registration.Ryan
This offer is absolutely ridiculous. How is anyone supposed to transfer their ticket to another state? It's not like they have other dates in my city, let alone in my state. This is the most absurd thing I have EVER heard from a business. How on earth is this offer and solution remotely acceptable? There are an unbelievable amount of complaints against this company both on the Revdex.com and all across the web. I can certainly see why! I find it quite ironic that the date for the Blacklight Slide was changed almost IMMEDIATELY after I closed my purchase for the original date. It seems quite suspicious. It seems like the company knew that they were changing the date and continued to falsely advertise for a different date. The bottom line is that I paid for an event and the company cannot deliver. There is only one acceptable solution and that is to give me a refund. I will loudly share this ridiculous "business" and their awful reputation and scamming. I also have a friend who received a full refund for this exact same reason, so this business should stop perpetuating lies. I will continue to push and share this horrible business practice until I receive a full refund.
To whom it may concern,
While we are a no refunds event which is agreed upon at the time of registration, we have issued a refund at this time. You will see the credit to your account in the next 3-5 business days.

Hi there,
We will be hosting an entire tour in the state of California in 2017. We do not announce dates and locations for the events until contracts are secure. Once the participant sees an event that will work for them, they can contact us for a transfer.
Ryan
All participants were notified with the following message:
"As you may have...
heard, Irvine Meadows Amphitheater is being demolished. Due to this, our event is moving up from November 5, 2016 to
Sunday, October 23, 2016! We apologize for the delayed announcement but we had to secure all logistics first. "
The message was then followed with options to transfer the registration to another event or new participant that can make the date.
Unfortunately, the venue moved the demolition date up on us and we are a no refunds event. We will make an exception and hold the
registrations for a future event that this particular participant can attend.

I took part in the Nashville Foam Glow 5K, put on my 1N3 LLC over the weekend. My experience was very negative, but every post that I put on their page is deleted with no warning, no explanation, and no apology. I want to issue a public warning to anyone considering becoming involved with one of the Foam Glow events. I also would like transparency from them in what the foam is composed of, as it is staining much more than just clothing and causing eye issues and allergic reactions.
A warning to anyone considering the Foam Glow 5k Runs...
The Nashville event and the response of 1N3 LLC in relation to concerns has soured me entirely on ever being involved in another of the company's runs. Instead of responding to concerns, they have resorted to deleting any negative comments from their Facebook page and are not being transparent about the risk participants take. I am now seeking out avenues for posting reviews to which they have no deletion abilities.
I have heard great reviews of the pre-party before the party, but because of the 17,000+ other people there, we couldn't even get close to the stage. The race course itself was a major issue. It wound around the property at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville, which was not a suitable location for a 5K. We walked on a mixture of asphalt, uneven grass with holes hidden in the grass and by the dark, and gravel pathways composed of large stones several inches thick that were not packed down. Today, I am nursing a very painful knee/ankle injury caused by stepping into one of the hidden holes.
The course itself was very poorly marked and there were several areas where people bottle-necked. We had to wait for about 10 minutes to make it through an opening in the fence at one point, where traffic was going in both directions.
Today, my eyes still sting from the foam getting into them, and when I showered last night and some of the water ran into my mouth, the taste was horrendous. I am truly concerned about what exactly was in the foam, becuase no one bothered to release an MSDS sheet of ingredient list.
There was very poor traffic control getting out of the park after the run and people were sitting for quite some time in their attempt to leave. There were only 3 foam stations around the actual course, when the event was hyped up to be so much more. There was very little lighting and it was only sporadic, contributing to the dangerousness of the course itself.
The foam itself STAINS. Not only clothes -- that is to be expected. However it will also stain hair. I know of one woman with pink hair this morning, and another with neon orange. It was said the colors will easily wash out of hair, but that is not the case.
This event was VERY poorly executed and I have serious questions about whether they actually do donate some of the hundreds of thousands they made to the local children's hospital, as is vaguely advertised on their website. I hope the experiences of runners in other cities is different because in Nashville, our experiences were not good.
To whom it may concern,
Our company policy is that registrations are not refundable and each participant agrees to these terms at the time of registration through signing a waiver and agreeing to the no refunds policy. It does also state on our website that dates and locations are...
subject to change. That being said, we will make an exception for [redacted] and refund her purchase.

Blacklight Run at Chicagoland
Claims to donate to local charity none mentioned at the run or advertised. Scam?
Charged for a free parking area.
Charged to pick up race packet that was already paid for.
Not many blacklights
Course not properly lit. Made for several accidents on the course due to uneven terrain and added obstacles.
Course not properly outlined. Made for people going off the intended course.
NO first aid at all on the course to help those that got hurt.
Water towards the end and the very end.
Lighting being taken down before event was done.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR EVENTS.
Unfortunately, this is not acceptable and despite any FAQ/terms set forth, the paid service was not delivered and a refund is a reasonable request.
